Booked a business class got double charged

Booked a business class with them and was double charged by the airline due to errors on their end. Went on a battle with flyus for a good 4
months of which they kept saying they can’t do anything about it and it’s up to the airline. Wym it’s up to the airline you took the money and it was your mistake wasn’t it? They were charging me $100 for processing the refund for the double charge. I checked with my bank first and my bank had already issued me the refund and blacklisted flyus.com don’t use this website they are dishonest and lazy.

Never again!

Well, I received a notification that the airline changed my flight. I called Flyus and the agent informed me I would need new tickets issued at a cost of 50.00 per ticket ON ME!!! A total of $200.00 for 4 pieces of paper or a few clicks on the laptop. TOTAL BS.
Furthermore, I received an email about E tickets being delivered. Also false!

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. I booked 5 flights for a trip to Ireland with this company. One of the flight connections was cancelled and the airline could not provide any alternative to get us to our destination on the day we needed to travel. They sent a series of confusing and contradictory emails, necessitating for me to call customer service. After holding for 30 minutes I was hung up on. Two more twenty minute holds and I got to speak to someone in India on a terrible line who told me I would have to cancel my flights and “should” be entitled to a refund since this was not my fault. The refund was not guaranteed until I got an official email. Turns out this company then wanted almost half the ticket price to cancel my flights. Just horrible. I had to contest with my credit card company to get my money back.

Don’t use this booking agent. Book with the airlines directly.

Terrible booking site with unprofessional agents


I strongly advise against using Flyus.com. This booking site is a complete scam with unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional agents who seem completely uninformed about their own policies. I’ve spent over a week trying to change the dates on my flights, and it’s been a nightmare.

I purchased their so-called “premium support package,” which turned out to be a total waste of money—it did absolutely nothing to help my situation. They gave me a credit for my flights but insisted the flights must be rebooked before the original flight date, leaving me with an unreasonably short amount of time to make changes.

One of their agents, Dana, was particularly unprofessional. She kept giving me conflicting and misleading information. At first, she told me I could rebook up to two hours before the flight, only to later deny ever saying that. Then she told me I needed to rebook through their website, but the site wouldn’t allow me to do anything. When I called back, she said she couldn’t help me further.

Now I’m stuck losing all my money because of their disorganized system and poor customer service. Flyus.com is nothing more than a scam, run by people who are clearly out to take your money without providing any real support or solutions. Stay far away from this site.

This company asks you to write a review (That is impossible to avoid btw) BEFORE they send you emails that your flight is not actually confirmed.
This company booked my flight, sent me a confirmation number, then NINE minutes later emailed me to say the price had gone up by $12.00 and my flight was not actually booked and I had to go confirm the new fare. I went and confirmed immediately. I then get an email at ONE IN THE MORNING (three full hours later) saying that the fare had gone up by $5.00 and my flight was not actually booked and I had to go confirm the new fare. When I tried to confirm, it said that my flight was on hold and I had to contact support. They then told me that the flight had gone up over $300 overnight because I didn't confirm the new price at one am. They refused to honor their original price and claimed it was the airlines fault and they had to run the prices by the airline. I told them they shouldn't be advertising them at the price they were then and demanded to speak to their boss and I was hung up on.

You deserved the abusive language; someone needs to tell you how braindead you are. Don't send out CONFIRMATION numbers if the flight is not CONFIRMED. Regardless of your fine print, that is unethical at best. I literally booked my flight in SECONDS on expedia because your job isn't hard, you just either suck at it or scam people. Get lost trash.

FlyUs claimed my review contained ILLEGAL CONTENT in an effort to get my review taken down LOL. Avoid this company like the literal plague. Quite seriously, this has been the single worst company I have ever attempted to work with.

Don't believe the positive reviews! This company steals

In 2020 I had a flight rebooked due to Covid issues that I paid Flyus.com $200 to cancel. They never did and they still have my money - both the original flight and the cancellation fee, more than $1400. I'm still mad that they stole from me and that they have positive reviews. Don't believe the positive reviews!

Here is my last review:

I posted earlier about a flight that Flyus.com rebooked without consent on an impossible route where the connecting flight left months before the first flight. Reluctantly I paid an additional $200 to request this flight was cancelled, now my total amount spent is $1402.14, they owe me $1202.14 for the original flight. I have not seen a cent from this company. The phone number given to follow up refunds goes straight to voicemail. There is no way to contact them to ask where my money is. I've moved countries now so don't have my original phone number. On my previous review they said they left a voicemail which is a lie. But now I don't have that number, and they won't do anything over email. I need that $1202, it's mine and they won't give it back. Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I've had with any service.

No real person customer service

Unexpected change of price, inability to communicate, automated customer service directing to the site which is frozen.
Only after the posted review, the next day customer service representative left a voice message on my phone, calling back still no real person to talk to, only ability to leave 60 second voice mail... Useless
