Overall we have been quite satisfied with their service however we have been having quite major challenges with communication. We have rented moving boxes from them, they are ready for pick up for two weeks know, and they are still here. We had 3 appointments for pick up. Last time they didn’t even cancel, just didn’t show up. Currently we are unable to reach them. So think twice whether you want to rent moving boxes from them ☺️
