Due to the industrial action at Finnair in July 2025, my flight was at risk of being cancelled, which could have prevented me from attending my friend’s wedding. I contacted Flysmarter to change my flight, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer an alternative flight before the wedding.
Despite this, I was worried because I reached out only a few days before my departure, yet they responded as early as the next day. As a customer in such a stressful situation, I truly appreciated the prompt reply from the customer service team.
Flysmarter GOLD: no seat Reservation but special meal
I booked flights with flysmarter and added tge GOLD. Unfortunately for the selected airline not seat reservation is possible. But regarding my request for a special meals first the airline said, it is not possible, but an agent of flysmarter managed it manually, that was very good!
Extremely Dishonest and Manipulative — Avoid at All Costs
They told me my refund had been started — weeks later, no money. Only after I followed up did they claim I “never confirmed” it. No such requirement was mentioned before. This is deliberate deception.
They charge €XX per person, then hope you give up.
Avoid them at all costs.

We booked flights to London Miami Costa Rica. As the flight was canceled from the Airline because of the fire, i told fly smart i want to cancel the whole thing. I was waiting for 2 Months now to get a refund just to find out today that they refunded me not even the half of the amount they should have refunded. As if we didnt have enough problems from the vacations we could not go to the complicate process of getting refunds new planing and all and now again i have to run after my money. I'll never book again there. To your answer. Yes you refunded 200 les then i have paied. I dont really care about your conditions. It was absolutely not our fault so to us its like you stole 200 Chf from us plus we had a horrible day plus we lost 2 days of holyday untill we could go somewhere else plus i had a hugh expense because i had to write you about 20 times to get the money back and in the end we waited now for almost 4 months untill we had all refunded. This is absolutely bad. The only good thing was that the persons i wrote with were always friendly and decent.

Great support, confusing website
We booked flights for October this year. So far we had a great experience with the support which was super fast and perfectly helpful. Only thing was the booking experience on the website which is not really user friendly.

Given the greatest loss of my life during our dream vacation in New Zealand, the compassion and unbureaucratic handling of the return flight refund by flysmarter was a small consolation. Thank you for that.
Be careful with e-ticket through e-mail
I booked a flight through this broker 3.3.2025, flight scheduled 6.3. 2025. Once the payment was accepted immediately after execution 3.3. 2025, I received email confirmation the payment was received and the e-ticket will be sent to same address.
However, the e-ticket never came. Sent a reminder next day to their e-mail support email.
They responded very quickly with comment that the e-ticket sent again. Thought not received.
Also the phone contact replied to phone call quickly, and after long discussion agreed to try to send the ticket to alternate email provided. Thanks to phone assistant, he provided the airline reservation code and managed to check in through airline App.
After all, the e-ticket was never received to either email, and most probably without airline reference number there would have been major issue check in and boarding the flight.
Consider booking through flysmarter especially your flight is within a few days.

The last time I booked a flight, I made a mistake and didn't realize that Autocorrect had jumped in and changed the domain of my email. Without my knowledge. The next morning I noticed that there was no information about my booking in my email inbox. I then contacted support by phone and my problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction!

The airline (Singapore Airlines) has cancelled our original flight. We requested a refund from flysmarter but after 5 weeks it is still not done. The travel agent is claiming that they are waiting for the money back from the airline. Moreover they are saying that they will deduct 50 euro per ticket as a service fee for the refund. Clearly unprofessional.

3 days after i booked the cheapest fare for a long distance interntainal flight i had to rebook my flight. and the service and email contact was very fast, efficient and i only paid 99, which was also super easy and fast
Positive experience
I had booked a flight to Las Vegas via Flysmarter, but over the course of the day, I realized I wouldn't be able to take it after all. I contacted Flysmarter, fully expecting the worst. To my pleasant surprise, they proved me wrong. After deducting a cancellation fee of €50 per person, they refunded the full ticket price. This turned out to be a genuinely positive experience.
