I am having a terrible ongoing…

I am having a terrible ongoing experience with this company. Would not recommend and give zero stars if I could. They have terrible communication with their partners and push the blame onto them and the responsibility onto the customer. I’ve been chasing a refund since April, I had to call Air Canada several times at my own cost only to find out their ticketing partner had refunded fly now pay later and they should have refunded me. Now they want me to call their ticketing partner travel up to find out how much the refund was for and to let them know. They have been passing the blame to travel up for all the delays when it transpires they did indeed issue a refund. Furthermore I explicitly complained back in May, only to be advised last week (feb) that they logged it as customer feedback. Really disappointed customer here.

**update the below response is incorrect, travel up confirmed they refunded flynowpaylater back in October! Be very wary when dealing with this company.

Flymble is a scam, plain and simple.

Booked a flight to the Philippines in March, which was cancelled. Specifically added travel insurance due to the covid situation, which I was never given paperwork for. Fast forward to January, still haven't received a refund after numerous called and emails back and forth, explaining how the account is on hold and awaiting a refund. Now I am being threatened with bailiffs, if I don't not continue to pay for a flight I never took. Flymble is a scam. Do not use this service.

Apologies for that. The travel insurance which you selected is Airhelp, which does not compensate for COVID-19 at the moment:

"At this point in time, we cannot accept claims for compensation for flight cancellations caused directly by Coronavirus, as the airlines must prioritise the health and safety of their passengers and crew first and foremost." https://www.airhelp.com/en-int/coronavirus-and-your-air-passenger-rights/

Regarding your refund, we are waiting on our ticket partner Kiwi to refund it back to us. Unfortunately that is out of our control. As soon as we have received the refund, we will refund it back to your Fly Now Pay Later balance. I have just checked with them, and received the following reply:

"Our GDS team submitted BSP refund, which typically takes longer than regular refund. I have instructed the team to check if we have received the funds, you will be informed once the refund is processed."

Absolutely awful..

Absolutely awful... basically just a scam to be honest!

I booked a flight to Thailand back in December forgetting You had to do a 14 day quarantine on arrival so within an hour I tried to cancel.

They completely ghosted me and have not been replying to my emails to the support team. I’ve tried calling them but their lines always seem to be “busy” funny that because they DONT ANSWER.

They still have the cheek to try and take my monthly payment this month even though I’ve tried to cancel it and get my deposit back!

For your own sake DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will only take your money from you and not respond but still try and claim to get more out of you.

One word.. Disgusting!

-100 stars if I could! Do not use these! The amount of bad reviews says it all. Wish I had looked before booking!

I cannot believe this company is doing what is has and is doing to me to so many other customers on here! I have never seen such an unprofessional and incompetent company in all my life!

Me and my family was scheduled to fly in July but like many others due to COVID-19 my flights were cancelled. 4 months down the line I then get a partial refund from Fly Now Pay Later stating it was Flymble responsible for the wrong refund.

I now have in writing from Fly Now Pay Later stating Flymble have agreed to refund further funds on the 22nd of November and that this will take 10 working days to reach Fly Now Pay Later. Surprise surprise 19 working days later and Fly Now Pay Later have stated that no refund has been received!

I have now emailed the support email address for Flymble I have included the emails from Fly Now Pay Later I have also included Fly Now Pay Later in the email to hopefully get some answers on what has been a complete shambles!

I have now started the process of legal action now as this is theft! Now I know it is Flymble to blame and not Fly Now Pay Later (although I would not recommend them either!) and they should be hearing from my solicitor very soon!

Apologies for the inconvenience and delay. We had to wait for all the airlines to refund our ticket partner (Kiwi in this case), until we can refund Fly Now Pay Later. The second refund amount is on it's way and should arrive on your Fly Now Pay Later account within the next 5 days. Due to the many requests we have received, refunds can be delayed. Apologies again.

Good Luck if using this company

Flymble booked my flights after receiving booking confirmation from Flynowpaylater (As per other reviews you can see that these along with Kiwi.com are partners ect). 03.07.20 i was due to fly with JET2 but due to Covid-19 this was cancelled. I kept on asking when I would receive my funds back but got advised by Flymble that funds had not been received from JET2. In the end I deceided to ring JET2 who advised the funds where returned 2 weeks after been cancelled. When I advised this to Flymble suprise suprise they advised had funds(12 weeks later). Then got advised would take 14 days to transfer funds to Flynowpaylater who would then pay my funds back. Again after pushing and pushing it was 28 days before I received a payment back. Finally thought this would be the end but I received a payment £179.00 GBP short. Flynowpaylater have advised this was kept by Flmble. JET2 have confirmed that the full balance was returned so Flymble have kept this amount for what? Some admin charge. If the airline had the goodwill to return the full balance how can you RIP customers off and keep £179.00 GBP. Looking at other posts a lot of people are in the same boat. I have advised Flynowpaylater that am taking to court as am not one of those people who gets rolled over and ripped off. I will report back the outcome so others know what route to take.

To explain the procedure, we have to wait for our ticket partner Kiwi.com to transfer the refunds to us. So it occasionally happens that an airline refunds Kiwi.com, but Kiwi then has a delay refunding us. In terms of Fly Now Pay Later, they are the credit issuer. Hope this clarifies things. The full amount of 1740.96 GBP has been refunded to your account. It can take up to 7 days to receive. Apologies for the delay. Let us know if you need anything else.

Terrible! Never again!

Like many people on here, I am having the same issue. I have been in touch with the airline who have guaranteed me my flight is cancelled. However, I cannot get hold of Flymble now that I need a refund, yet I got hold of them with no issues 2 weeks ago. My emails have gone unanswered and the customer service is horrendous. I fail to understand how a company can receive so many of the same complaint and do nothing to rectify this.

Awful

Absolutely awful.

Funny how when you are owed money the customer service is none existent.

They to lie in order to gain more time for them to pay you back (but it never happens). I have been waiting since march and have been lied to repeatedly.

They say they have to hear back from the Airline or Kiwi - its all just being passed between companies and my emails are not responded to. My calls unanswered and my money isn't been refunding.

This is FRAUD.

NEVER book anything with this company.

Would definitely not recommend

Would definitely not recommend! Thought they were a good company until covid struck and trying since March to get my full refund. I was told my refund was on it’s Way start of September but still not received it. Have tried emailing continuously and tried to call but having no luck. legally they should refund within 7 days after cancelling flights.
Funny how quickly you are to write back to this review but not to get back to me through email. Yes I know my balance has been paid that was completed back at the start of August it is the £43.98 from Ryanair which you know about that I am still waiting for after it i spent ages chasing this from Ryanair. Your company hasn’t helped me at all. When will I receive this money??
Rather than talking through here surely You could deal with my problem over the phone or emailing me. I understand your colleagues will be busy but I would expect an email back within a week. Well I just checked the flynowpaylater account and I can see Ryanair have only refunded £205.28. I was refunded £42 admin fee. Therefore I am still owed £43.98 and need to know when I should expect to receive this? I had two refunds at the start of September and yet to receive it and that is well over 10 working days. I will not give up until I receive what I am entitled to esp when i’ve Had such a inconvenience chasing it.

They are your best friends until they...

They are your best friends until they are wrong and giving your money back is what the law states.

Flymble not just thinks they are above law as they also like to lie in order to obtain more time for them to pay you back. In my case they keep pushing the problem to the airline or kiwi (their partner). I had to go to Kiwi myself which has now confirmed the refund was issued and authorised. Now I got an email from Flymble stating they are waiting for kiwi to confirm the amount and the authorisation.

As a matter of fact, it has been the first and clearly the last time I will make business with Flymble and please don’t bother do it yourself. If you have any questions, please contact me and I will expose every email exchanged and how they treat their “valued customer”.

Save your well earned money so you can buy your ticket straight with the airliner without this dodgy people.

An easy experience with flymble

An easy experience with flymble. I was sceptical reading the reviews but, it seems most of the bad reviews revolve around the current pandemic situation which I feel is an unfair reflection on this company as every company has struggled with this.

The payment options are very helpful, obviously you pay a little more than if you booked the ticket outright but it’s finance at the end of the day. The process is quick, though I didn’t receive my confirmation within the stated 24hours, however I contacted them and got a near instant response and received my confirmation within around 30 hours.

Also, once you have your confirmation you’re correspondence (bar payment) is direct with the airline and you can manage your booking from the airline site rather than through flymble.

If you’re tight on funds, flymble is a great option. Cheers.
