You pay, and then... nothing: no ticket, no resolution, no service. Just the money leaving your account and not getting what you need...
Not once or twice, but nearly every time i try to use this trash website. I have to use it as it's the only way to get a deal.... but god, to no avail...
Please fix this, its a total embarrassment. Look at all the other reviews
Booked a flight and got no tickets
Booked a flight and 8 hours before departure my tickets have not arrived. Payment has gone through and there is no one to contact. Tried twice (4 days ago and today) with the same exact outcome, or a lack there of.
No customer service after purchase
No customer service after purchase. They gave me the wrong departure time. After I requested to change the ticket to the correct time via email, chat, and Messenger, they didn’t reply. The phone also doesn’t work.
Shitty customer service
Had a delay of over 24 hours, meaning I’d get a compensation of over 600$. They are ghosting me for over 2 months now.

The customer support is non-existent. It makes you wonder whether it’s a scam. After not receiving a reply from customer service (tried to contact them via email and chat) and additionally contacting the leadership of Flyla to get some help, I didn’t buy a ticket via their service feeling I won’t get the ticket at all ! Eurowings and other Lufthansa Group airlines shouldn’t endorse scammers !
Never received my booking email
Never received my booking email, an answer to any of my emails, or a response from the chat on their website. They however, did receive nearly £100. I tried to sign in with the email I used to book the flight, but every "Magic link" and password reset email never arrives. I am convinced this is a scam and will be speaking to my bank.

student fares are barely cheaper than normal deals, sometimes there is no difference at all. Flights can only be booked a couple weeks in advance. Useless website
Ghost company: Unmonitored mailbox - cannot be reached
They have been good once but have turned into a ghost company. I have booked with them and sent them several emails with a request regarding an error that their website outputted. It's been more than 2 months now and I haven't heard any life sign from the. WTF! NEVER BOOK WITH FLYLA!

Amazing student deals! I saved so much money using Flyla. I also had to change my flight and add checked luggage so I contacted their customer services and spoke to Ben, who responded quickly and was super helpful. Will definitely be using them again in the future

I found a great deal through Flyla. I was skeptical at first but I was able to get my confirmation number for the airlines and was able to find it through that airline's system. Additionally, I had some issues with signing into my account and their customer service responded quickly and was amazing. I'm very impressed and will book in the future. :)

This review is about my disappointing experience with Flyla, an Eurowings partner, due to a booking error and poor follow-up service. Attempts to resolve a simple mistake were met with blame, inaction, and eventually silence from Flyla, coupled with unreasonable demands from Eurowings. This situation underscores significant .
Everything began with a booking error by Flyla, where my last name was entered twice. Efforts to correct this through Flyla and Eurowings led to a blame game, with Flyla ultimately accusing me of not filling out my profile correctly, despite evidence to the contrary. I provided detailed proof that I had entered my information correctly, yet Flyla's response was to remove my booking from my profile and cease all communication, effectively ghosting me. Meanwhile, Eurowings refused to make any corrections without a hefty fee.
This highlighted a lack of responsibility and customer care from both companies. Flyla's decision to disable their booking feature acknowledges a system issue, yet they have not taken steps to rectify the impact on affected customers like myself. The lack of effective communication and fair resolution from both Flyla and Eurowings is troubling, significantly diminishing my trust in their services.
In summary, my experience with Flyla has been deeply unsatisfactory. The companies' inability to address a straightforward issue, combined with their failure to communicate and provide a reasonable solution, reflects poorly on their customer service commitment. I caution others about using their services, as this incident suggests a broader issue with how they handle customer concerns and technical problems.
