I have not received my order which was placed over 3 weeks ago. I called the phone number associated with the business, left a voicemail, and sent an email regarding my issue, but I have received no communication from anyone.

I ordered this March 25th. Still waiting to receive the product. The shipping with the companies using the shopify thing is downright slow. I'm still hoping we love it....whenever it decides to show up. I'm glad our trip is a few months away.

Good luck getting a hold of them if you have an issue. I am trying to return a neck pillow, eye mask and ear plugs and have sent 7+ emails and 2+ requests thru their website. Respond within 24 hours??? What a joke. Don't buy from them, horrible customer service. I called their phone number to try to resolve that way and you have to leave a message. I'll be shocked if I get a return phone call.
**Update** I received an email from them asking me to review their product!! Obviously they aren't paying attention. I will continue to email them daily until I hear something.
***FINAL UPDATE***
After spending $10.50 to send the product back on April 21, 2026, I finally received my refund on May 20th. It really should not be this difficult and time consuming to return a product.

I just received my packages over the weekend and the velcro is is not fully sewn on. It looks like a decent product, just disappointed that the velcro is already coming apart and I haven't used them.

I ordered the product on the 17th March, wanting to have the product for a long haul flight on the 26th March. Following the tracking on "SHOP" I realised that the product was only shipping from China on the 20th March, and if I had known that the product would have taken so long to arrive I would have never ordered the product. I even paid extra for a faster delivery!! The product arrived on the 27th March after we have commenced our travel. So I have not even opened the package upon our return home this weekend. I will be returning the product and looking for a full refund.

UPDATE: I received 1 email after my review was posted offering to send a replacement which I declined. However, after emailing a number of times demanding my refund (no response of course), I received a text message from a stranger wanting my location to deliver a parcel. I ignored this (for safety reasons) and it turns out, they were wanting to deliver the replacement order! No messages, no warning, no updates. It finally arrived 5 weeks into my trip - great help that was! And then I immediately got bombarded with emails requesting reviews of their product. It's still another few weeks till I am back home and won't be needing this for a long time now, so who knows when I will get to try it out properly and if it was worth all this stress and angst besides the cost.

If I could rate a negative rating I would. After more than a month my item has not even reached my main city (Cape Town South Africa). I have been emailing but receiving NO response. I am feeling like this is a total HOAX. I had to leave on my holiday without this supposed fantastic product. Total THUMBS DOWN in my book. Extremely poor customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I've emailed flyhugz twice with my concerns, and had no response. Now they've asked me to write a review. I'd much rather have sent this information to them directly.
I paid extra for 'express delivery', assuming that would mean well within 10 days (which was when I was heading overseas for several months). I emailed them 3 days before leaving to seek a delivery date, and specify that I could not receive them after April 8. No response. They were delivered on April 9th, so I had to buy an airpillow at the airport. I've sought a refund, but still no response--just a request to write this review. The delivery system, and communications (including providing an estimated arrival date) needs significant improvement.

I’m sending a second review on flyhugs. They replied to my previous 2 stars review saying they have replied to my email when in fact until now they have not contacted me in any way. They’re such liars! They take my money without correcting their mistakes. I need my refund asap if they can’t send me my missing Pillow. Be very careful with this company!

I am not impressed with these. They are like every other travel pillow out there 🙄 they are bulky to travel with, do not fold flat or save any room in your backpack/bag...they are hot to sleep with, even my 7 year old was uncomfortable and hot in this thing. Definitely not worth the cost, I am still in search of the perfect travel pillow.

The FlyHug neck pillow arrived quickly and is in perfect condition. But I ordered it on a web site advertising "Buy one get one free" but have only received one neck pillow. I sent 3 request for help from their

I found that the polarized glasses did not match what was shown in the video. Additionally, the ordering process was frustrating—the site pushes you to add extra items with no clear option to decline and proceed to checkout.
I was ultimately charged for and received two pairs at full price. Had I intended to purchase two, I would have used the available discount. Despite contacting the shipper to explain the issue, I was still billed twice and sent both items. Very disappointing experience.

The horrible smell when I openedthe package . Musty. Moldy smell,seriously awful and overwhelmingly stinks Weid fit. Going to throw in the garbage.

The collar is perfect to support my neck that is fused and needs support to stay in alignment. I was able to sleep without getting neck spasms. I have a variety of collars that offer support but appreciate the softness that still provides support. It was effective in relieving neck pain and have no intentions of flying but will use it when I am a passenger in a car to support me when the car hits potholes and bumps in the road. Previously I made my own collar by filling a sock with rice but yours is better.. thanks
