Shows product in stock and takes your…

Shows product in stock and takes your money. Then couple of days later tells you it out of stock but you do get refunded. Don’t see the point if they don’t have anything in stock

We have over the last few weeks had an unprecedented high volume of orders and when stock is low on an item and many people are ordering at the same time, it is possible that we may have to let someone down.

No acknowledgement to my complaint

Never replied to my emails when I needed to complain about the boots I bought. Really silly because I would of bought more shoes from you in the future.
My boots I bought are nothing like the photo advertising them, totally different finish on them.

2 weeks and still not arrived

Ordered slippers on 18th november, still not arrived. Company have blamed postal strikes.

Sadly, we have absolutely none left now, so my only option is to cancel the order for you and issue a full refund.

Terribile customers service and experience

Bought a pair of shoes that showed in stock , paid delivery charges to get them delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
8 working days well over past, so I go in contact by email asking where my item was, they got back to me stating that the item I bought wasn’t in their wearhouse so they had to get them from a shop and they would be dispatched within 10 working days. Customers service total unhelpful, had to chase them up several times as I wasn’t getting any answer to the point that I had to take some of my own time to call them and they just said oh apologies, I had to ask for a refund for at least the delivery chargers as wasn’t fair at all paying 5£ for it and then get my item 15 days after the purchase. Customers service not polite at all; and they didn’t even a complaint department! Definitely won’t use them again!

Unfortunately, the item you ordered was only available in one of our stores which can take a little longer but not usually as long as on this occasion.

You opted for standard delivery at £3.49 which is usually 3 to 5 days. I am so sorry that it took longer than that but I can see that your parcel has now been delivered.

I do apologise as this is not our usual standard of service and we hope this does not deter you from ordering in the future.

Ordered slippers on 6 November still…

Ordered slippers on 6 November still waiting for them. Not impressed with service or attitude of staff. I have ordered shoes/slippers for many years and been happy but not this time.

Very disappointed that you were not…

Very disappointed that you were not able to fulfill my order. Twice now I have tried to buy these shoes, both times failed.

I bought these as a present and when I…

I bought these as a present and when I peeled the stickers off it left marks where it had taken the leather up with it. Annoying when bought as a present as it was the first thing the birthday boy mentioned. Otherwise good delivery and product
