Was all very simple easy and couldn't fault the price of the flight for using clearpay was a massive help. We couldn’t find any booking under your name, so this one’s a bit of a mystery. If you didn’t book with us, creating a brand new Trustpilot account just to leave your first review (instead of dropping into our live chat) feels like a missed opportunity 😬
If you’d actually found a cheaper like-for-like fare with the same flexibility and inclusions, we probably would’ve thanked you and offered a cheeky staff discount.
For context, our fares include taxes, card fees, and servicing, so what you see is what you pay. No sneaky extras or payment surcharges at checkout that are so common with other platforms ☺️ We also offer BNPL and crypto with zero added fees, even though they cost us more to provide.
