24 hours / 48 hours service not trustworthy

Ordered business cards on Tuesday. Paid for 24 hours service with promised delivery in 48 hours. Now I got a message from UPS that they will be delivered Monday by the end of the day. The confirmation from Flyerpilot that they are ready printed for delivery was Friday evening 18:13. Sorry guys, from ordering to your delivery confirmation took you more than 72 hours - 3 days; what for did I pay 24 hours service fee? No trustworthy.
