Do not use this company ever. It is a scam.

He defrauded me out of £820.00 for x2 tickets to Delhi from Heathrow (London) but the first two tickets was genuine, Then he cancelled that flight and after that too x4 times he sent fake tickets and would not refund the ticket money that he took and then the coach tickets my son was kind enough to purchase and the taxi fares in India x5 times and the private clinic appointments charged us as he told us less than 24hrs before we was to fly out and then we missed a family funeral due to him messing us about but then I took my son to the bank to recall my money back and spent 5hrs in the bank to recall my money and have recorded conversations admitting that he will rip me off but my son managed to get £1k back half the losses he paid and still owes £1k to my son and he owes me £820.00 for the x2 tickets that I transferred to him and then £100.00 that the bank charges for recovering the money back from him and have sent the bank the proof and reported it to the police and the fraud action line that the police said to report to. So he has taken advantage of the situation in the middle east and then gave one way tickets stating that the one way tickets are to fly out and the return tickets will follow but after the reviews that I have read we would of been stuck in India and then had to purchase return tickets!... It's a good job that i called Heathrow airport and Qatar airlines and they said that the tickets was fake and not registered with them and he was leading us on and I paid him from my account in February 9th 2026 and it's now April 2026 half way through the month. And now he is threatening me with legal action so I urge others that have been scammed and defrauded by Fly Easy Ltd to come forward and report it to the police and the fraud action number; 0300 1232040 and get a crime reference no. Thank you please do not use Fly Easy Ltd as he is a fraudster whom takes your money and then cannot provide tickets as he lies and keeps your money and I wouldn't give him a 1 star in fact it would be no stars but then you can't leave s review and his attitude stinks and that he has a team working for him when it's a one man operation and now due to my complaint his business account has been frozen and he was adamant that I take back the complaint after paying my son for his losses for the taxi and that was from punjab to Delhi then back to Punjab 5x times and the private clinic charges that had been missed due him cancelling within the 24hrs of the flight departure on every occasion and then his attitude was changed and nice stating please take back the complaint and I will refund the ticket back to me and compensate me also for having my money for so long and then when I refused he used my religion to try and coax me back into taking the complaint back so his account would be un frozen but I did not trust him as he has lied and gave fake tickets and then dragging his feet and making time pass so we would not be able to get a refund back from the bank. And now he is threatening legal action to scare me as a tactic to unfreeze his account so can access his defrauded money off other oap's money.

I tried to book some flights by calling flyeasy. Spoke to a customer representative, but when I tried to pay by debit card, the payment wouldn't go through. I tried another bank card, but the payment still did not go through even though there were sufficient funds in my account. I contacted my bank and was advised to cancel my card as this company had been flagged as suspected fraud. So please be warned. I wouldn't give any stars to this company. The representative kept me on hold for awhile quite a few times. I have cancelled my card and now have to wait for upto 5 days to get a new card 🙄. Not happy :(

Well where do I start what a poor company this booked a flight to tenerife going out ok coming back no flight sent us details of a flight but airline said we are not on this flight had to pay again and travel later on a different airline .what a poor company PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Me and wife try to have a holiday to turkey, But we want adventure by buying the tickets separate from the hotel!. so we looking online for cheap tickets, and the web site: flyeasy.co.uk come up and a person after 30 minute call back and he intrudes him self as Andy Simpson and find us best ticket on Pegasus air line and time perfect within our budget. Then he asked for deposit which we agreed I gave him my credit card details and the money left my account according to the credit card company But he said that the merchant did not release the money so we paid him in deferent card the full amount and he issued the tickets. when I tried to confirm the ticket withe air line, they didn't have any knowledge of the transaction ( by the way he call his company titan travel which they based in Gatwick.) again I call the company and they have no knowledge of him? so I but the phone number on google I found that the phone register to a company flyeasy based in central London 02032902286 address: 3rd floor 86-90 Paul St, Hackney London EC2A 4NE. when I did ask where he based: he said in glasgow . any way he draw £490. on our cards he didn't issue and confirmation ticket, while the fraud office from my banks call twice for tempting to draw money from company acemoneytransefer in Malta. he two merchant one acemoneytranfer.com and the second one is: sendvalue.com.
