I ordered two dresses on 12/28/24. One was on clearance. I had to follow up with them twice. Once in late January when it had been over 3 weeks. They provided tracking (which I already had) that updated every so often, and told me I can expect it around mid-February. It showed on 02/10 that it was in Chicago and had improper shipping payments. I followed up on 02/18 when the tracking never got updated again. They responded saying they reshipped the order and I would need to wait another 2-3 weeks. I bring up the clearance dress because my first thought was “how do you even still have a dress that was clearanced in December in my size 2 months later?” Aside from the legitimacy concern.. both of the events I needed the dresses for will literally have passed by the time they arrive. So, I’ll be having to buy more from somewhere else no matter what. I responded saying they assumed I would still need or want the dresses that delayed and requested a refund instead. TBD on if that will happen. Based on other reviews I’m struggling to have hope. But if they do I'll update my review! I’d have told them it would be too late if they’d offer me the option of reshipment or refund. They also never provided updated tracking information…but if I can get a refund I’d chalk it up to a fluke shipping experience. I will say they always respond really quickly.
Update: 02/22/25 I am happy to say that I was able to receive a full refund for my order on 02/21/25. While I did wait over 6 weeks to never end up with dresses I am pleased with the quick response time and resolution of my issues with this company and have updated my review accordingly!

I bought a dress that was not wearable. It was so poorly made a seamstress told me it was not worth fixing. I basically threw money into the trash. I tried to return it for a full refund and was not able to do that. I would never recommend this site to anyone to purchase a gown.

If I could rate them ZERO stars I would! I ordered something in mid-November 2024 and have still not received it. I have gone back and forth with customer service who say they are looking into it then telling me its been delivered then saying oh wait it hasn't then oh yes it has. Now its my problem and I have to find it! The package was over $100 and they have not been accountable at all for the poor service or customer interactions. No refund no store credit, nothing offered! Just "you need to find it because the carrier says its delivered". I never received it but my word is not good enough to get my money back. NEVER ORDERING FROM| THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I advised them that I was returning an item. They responded immediately offering me a percentage off if I kept the item. I told them I have no use for it and want to return it. Again, another similar email from them immediately offering a discount. Again, I declined politely and asked the procedures for returning. After following all instructions (including photos) & sending 2-day delivery with tracking, I did not hear anything for 1 month. Contacted them asking when I would see my refund. No response. Again... again.... So they only respond when you're BUYING something but if you're due a credit, chances are you (I) will never hear from them again and I'll never see my refund. Plan on telling everyone to stay away from this website.

You can tell that this is a scam site because 90% of their reviews use the same word, "quality." There's no way that every single review is using the same word. If you have any doubt, look for key things like that, that scream FAKE. The site and the products may be real, but the experiences portrayed are not.

My Mom placed an order for a backup dress for my Brothers wedding on January 5th. She checked the reviews on Facebook that you guys respond to a question that a customer asked how long does it take to ship to Canada. Your response was 20 days. It took 30 days to come. She doesn't need this dress now. She contacted your company, and they want me to pay for shipping back😡 it took 30!!! Days when in writhing you say 20. So they offered to pay her back 50% this is so wrong when this wasn't her fault, why should she have to pay!!! Don't buy from this company 👎😡

I ordered a dress from this site on 11/10. Today is 12/21 and I have not received it. I have sent over 11 emails, while the company has been responding it's feels like they are not interested in providing a refund. They've said they won't issue a refund until the item is received back to them, but they are not guaranteed to take the item back. At this rate it seems like it will take another month or two to get a refund. This feels like a scam, I will update this review once I receive the item.

I placed an order on November 6th, 2024 for 4 dresses to try on for my sisters wedding on November 24. I never received the dresses! It is now December 19th, and I’ve made numerous inquiries, but all they said was that in order to return, and refund, I would have to first receive them? I feel very scammed and I’m now our over $250!

Update... they contacted me and have told me that I don't qualify for a refund!!! All because after a month and some change my dress has not shown up. that I ordered for my daughters wedding that has not came yet!!! I no longer need or want the

Like I said before this is a scam company and if you read the other reviews they are trying to not have to pay or give people their money back!! The use every excuse which most of them

I ordered many tops and a bathing suit for my trip at the end of July. Didn't get my order, contacted them and they told me that the address I provided was wrong, it wasnt. When I asked for a full refund, I kept getting different answers...30% - 40% and then they said MANY months later ,November, that they could reship my order, so I accepted. Well I now have gotten my package and nothing fits...not happy for all the BS I was given to now nothing fitting. I hope to get a full refund , but as I read these comments, I won't hold my breath... I would have given a 0 if I could have.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

What was ordered was very far from what was received. For a start it was miles too big . Secondly it looked like curtains . Unable to find return and to add to that it was much more than the advertised price . Can’t even I sell it .$140 of rubbish

Was charged $128 for a dress that was advertised as $82.99. Then was charged $16.99 shipping fee which I'm ok with but that was added to the $128 charge and site says free shipping over $99. .and to top it off they sent me the wrong dress and told me that it's the correct dress.

I ordered a dress for Thanksgiving on October 29. On the page the dress was listed as a preorder and it stated it would be shipped no later than November 10. I contacted them November 13 and they informed me that the dress hadn’t shipped citing quality concerns. They said it would ship in one week. It finally did ship on November 20. It’s now December 6 and still no dress. Maybe I will get it in time for Christmas.

I thought this was a great website for bigger women. But I received the dress that was a different color from the picture showed, also the layers in the skirt weren't many like the picture showed. Their return policy is horrible. 30% back, 50% discount or full return with me having to pay for their expensive shipping!! I don't think so! How about full refund and free shipping? Really!!

You have such a wide range of clothes, that also cater for the bigger gals. Nobody wants to look like a sack of spuds. I use to be so disappointed with clothes when I was younger, now I can’t decide which one I like the most. It’s a working progress???

I ordered two items from FlyCurvy. The first arrived relatively quickly, but the second was only shipped after 32 business days. When I first reached out to customer support, I was told my order was scheduled to ship on November 16th and informed that while I would not receive it before the event I ordered it for, it would be a great addition to my wardrobe. I was also offered a $10 discount voucher for the inconvenience!
However, that date came and went without any communication from FlyCurvy. I followed up on November 21st with a firm but respectful email, only to receive a response that was disappointing and lacked sincerity. I was told the "slight" delay was to ensure product quality, but there was no apology, and the tone suggested that the delay was just bad luck on my part.
The lack of proactive communication about the status of overdue orders, along with the poor customer service, was not what I had expected. Based on other reviews I’ve seen here, I’m doubtful returning the item and getting a refund would be any easier. Lesson learnt - this experience has left me with no intention of ordering from FlyCurvy again, even with a $10 discount!

I purchased a dress without reading reviews which was a big mistake! The dress was extremely poor quality and did not look at all like the picture. I requested a refund and as everyone else mentioned they offer to refund part of the money and you keep the product or can follow their strict process to send the item back, once I said I would return the item, I still was given an offer of more money refunded without the product being returned and again pushed to return the product.
I followed the return instructions to a tee, send tracking information and was told when they received the product it would take 5-10 business days for money to be refunded. At 10 days I contacted them again following up the refund only for them to now tell me that it will now be processed and that it can take up to 7-15 business days to receive the refund.
Not good enough especially when the full amount of the product is not being refunded.
Never purchase from this company… it is a scam with poor quality clothes and the worst customer service I have ever experienced online shopping!
