Terrible Company
I booked a flight online with Just Fly to Tuscan from Los Angeles using my debit card. The website put the wrong return date. I called the 800 number and spoke to an agent. He canceled the flight and booked another one at a lower price for me. I asked him to put the reservation on my credit card instead of my debit card. I was charged twice. One reservation on my debit card and one on my credit card. I sent an email to the computer and called the 800 number again. The agent just didn't seem to understand that I was charged twice and wanted me to send proof. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for over an hour while a supervisor was located. I know the agent kept checking to see if I was still on the line because you could hear her pick up the line.
Never use this online travel agency. What a joke of a computer and the agents are unprofessional and rude.
