They pretend to be Lufthansa

My flight was cancelled and I called them to get info about the reschedule. But it was a mistake because their number was associated to Lufthansa,
. They kept pretending to be Lufthansa and tried to make me pay 800$ for a "new flight with an upgrade", while the truth was that they were selling me a new ticket. When I realised they hang up. Lucas Sanchez was the name of the scammer.

I recently had the pleasure of booking my travel arrangements through Flycoair.com, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As an online travel agency, Flycoair.com exceeded my expectations with its user-friendly website, excellent customer service, and competitive prices.

I have had a great experience with the staff providing various ticket services. I used their reservations service to book my flight from California to New Mexico. The Flycoair team gave me advice on what deals would be best for my journey and what deals were now available. They helped me in finding a reasonable offer on my flight. I appreciate the assistance and services offered by the Flycoair team and look forward to booking a flight in the future.

I Was Scammed

They told me that they worked for British Airways. I was trying to get through, due to a cancelled flight, and this number appeared right by the one for British Airways. He told me that it would cost almost $400 extra…not to change the flight, but for “taxes and surcharges”. I told him that if the airline cancels a flight, that they do not charge a fee to rebook another flight. He told me that I would lose my flight if I did not pay, so I paid the fee against my better judgement. When I talked directly to British Airways, they had no record of anyone rebooking the flight. They rebooked my flight for free. I got my money back on my charge card because FlycoAir falsely said that they worked for British Airways, falsely charged me, and did not deliver a ticket.

secret services

I thought I was speaking to Wizzair. So I told the problem I was experiencing and the agent said to call the airline. So I asked: who am I speaking to then? Is this not the airline? He said it was not but he refused to say who I was speaking to. As I insisted, in the end, he said I was speaking to a travel agency but he refused to provide the name. I wonder why? Are they trading legally? Why they are not allowed to say who they are? My advice is: stay away from these dodgy people.

Scam that works

They are super shady, although I went through and actually changed my flight reservations.
They even said that if I didn’t confirm the payment is lose my reservation.
I don’t recommend them, but if you’re thinking you got scammed, probably just overpaid…

Bad people

I used them to change a flight for me which had no change fee .The new flight was 554 dollars cheaper. The agent coerced me into accepting a charge to me of 884 dollars. I was gulible and accepted. Stay away. I called an agent for my airline Unitd and she told me that the number 802-210-3331 is the number of an airline in Thailand

There are like 50 spelling and grammatical errors on the first airline review I read. Also the writing makes no sense. For example, they said one airline was extremely safe because the flight attendants smile often. Seriously?

Does not deserve 1 star

Does not deserve 1 star. DO NOT BOOK Breeze Airways! You are not able to call and speak with a person, period. I called every number listed, the one number a person answered to book a flight said they are a third party and hung up on me. Please do not trust this “company” this is an internet “guest empowerment team”. Book a reliable airline.

I was in Mexico and they got me home

I was in Mexico and spent over 7hours trying to get through to someone at Spirit to help me arrange some critical flight changes. No luck. Spirit's call lines ring and hang up. Never got through. So on a last ditch attempt we tried calling Fly co air. We actually got through. It took them through the night and into the morning to solve my concerns. I got my confirmation number roughly 2 hours before I had to leave for the airport.

I didn't rate 5 stars because of the speed and how nervous I felt through the full process (I was nervous that I might be being scammed).

They did it. They got me out of a jam. I will have their number in my back pocket the next time I travel to Mexico with Spirit.

Thank you Flycoair,
Justin

They did it. They are a legit company.

Worst customer service

Honestly, the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called about Spirit airlines. To be honest I didn't even use this company to book to Spirit. However, they could of helped me find a number for spirit at least. This lady said and I quote "you need to go through them" and hung up. Not even a bye or even a phone number. Absolute worst. You guys need new customer service representatives.
