Very bad service got a response after 9 months with zero compensation. I could have submitted original bills myself and received something at least.

Excellent and efficient service
Excellent service and fast replies. They handle cases most of the similar companies would not - like a cancellation which only resultated in a 1,5-2 hours delay. Still got a good refund
