Flybusters Anti-ship

What is the point of offering products for sale online through your website when you don't bother to ship them? My credit card was debited immediately, but 5 days later the package is still "awaiting courier pickup". Yes, that's right, and the only reason it even got that far was because I called the warehouse dispatcher who promised to go to the office and get my goods packed up and ready for shipping. Meanwhile the ants are having a party, and would probably have moved on to the next property by the time my products arrive, but the sad thing is those same products I ordered are 30% cheaper at my local supermarket! If only I had checked.
