Arrived at airport to find flight cancelled. No seats on the other two of their flights that day. No notification whatsoever from them. Ended up paying £413 for a one way ticket for 2 hour journey wi... See more

I booked a flight with flybondi despite the negative reviews here. I thought worst that can happen is the flight is late and that wasn't a problem.
Unfortunately they canceled the flight, claiming they had to change the itinerary and putting me on a new flight 3 hours earlier and from another airport. I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund, but they only offered rescheduling or a voucher. Explaining no flight they have (the original flight was the last one km the evening) works with my itinerary and that I am a foreigner so the voucher is useless to me, they still refused a refund.
I filed a complaint with the Argentinian authorities, while flybondi basically forced me into accepting a voucher (or lose my money).
Make up your own mind if you want to book with them - I guess if you have flexibility that allows them to change your flights to other times and airports it is a good company to go with.
If I could give this airline no or…
If I could give this airline no or minus stars I would. I have flown many national carriers and fly Bondi is by far the worst. Three flights and three delays - and not short delays, the minimum wait was 3 hours. Whilst they might be the cheapest option in Argentina, they are not cheap, so if you can afford to spend more (or have the time to get the bus) then this is a much better option. If you have to go with fly Bondi for cost reasons expect last minute delays and very poor customer service. Personally, I will not ever use them again and if asked by anyone I would suggest they only use them as a very last resort.
This must be the worst airline in the world
This must be the worst airline in the world. They steal money from tourists and don't even answer. It's incredible that the government, despite all the complaints, continues to allow this company to operate. I wish I had known before buying flights with them what kind of thieves they are.
Don’t waste your money
Turned up at the airport to be told they have changed the airport. Change the gate the terminal but to change the airport is unbelievable. There was no communication and no option for an alternative flight. Cost me 300 dollars for a flight and 80 dollars in taxis to get to my destination 7 hours late. Don’t waste you money flying with these cowboys.
Do not think you’re going to escape the bad reviews (as we did)
I try to be brief:
- When buying the hold luggage through the flybondi the website we got debited an amount 10x higher than the cost of the luggage. Don’t even try to send them complaints form or call them, they won’t respond.
- Our flight got cancelled and replaced by another one departing 7hrs later (Flybondi was the only company having delayed flights on the screens)
- Checking online not working
- When we got to the airport, we saw that the rescheduled flight was 2h30 mins delayed
- Boarding time finally comes, we go to the desk to complete the check-in and drop our luggage and we get told that our reservation didn’t come with any cabin luggage (it was showing differently on our reservation). We shown them the reservation, but because it was made through an agency, we had to pay for the cabin luggages again: 69,000 ARS
We’re now waiting, hoping that the flight doesn’t get delayed further but we have thrown away a full day of vacation…
Warm recommendation: Go with Aerolineas or Jet Smart
constantly changing flights and impossible to contact for a refund!
changed the flight time twice and when I tried to get a refund it's impossible to contact them! everyone I met who had booked with them had their flight changed multiple times, even to a different day or even cancelled. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER!
Worst airline encounter ever
I can only agree with previous reviews to avoid this airline at all costs. Not only may they cancel on you shortly without refund, but also the customer service, specifically an agent called Marcelo Lebron, is very abusive and uses violent language without even having heard the complaint.
Warning! Avoid Flybondi at all costs!
Yes - Flybondi IS cheap. Here's why. They cancel any flight not fully booked to improve their profit. We had 4 flights with Flybondi for our vacation. They canceled 3 of our 4 flights only a few hours before takeoff. We missed our first day of vacation and were forced to transfer to a different airport at our expense (twice) to make alternative flights. We also had to find a hotel (at our expense) in order to get on another flight to return home. The stress to constantly find new flights was horrible! So much for a peaceful vacation!
The money we ‘saved’ on air tickets was lost in taxi costs, hotel costs and lost time. Don't be fooled by their low prices. They are low for a reason.
The worst airline you’ll ever encounter.
The worst airline you’ll ever encounter.
They cancel 1 out of every 3 flights, and the remaining flights constantly face schedule changes, airport switches, and other disruptions. Customer service is non-existent, especially when it comes to refunds after canceled flights. Don’t waste your money.
All flights we had were dalyed over 3h
All flights we had were dalyed over 3h, on the day. Before the flight check in time was resceduled multiple times and changed the landing airport. Choose aerolinas argentina...
A Love Letter to Airline Chaos
Currently gnawing on a dry empanada from the “we’ve ruined your day” voucher the clerk handed us after informing us our flight is delayed by six hours. As if that wasn’t enough, they made us schlep from Jorge Newbery to Ezeiza—on our dime—forking out $30-40 for a taxi, plus lunch, and oh yes, we’ve also missed our lift in Bariloche. This, after the exact same airline shenanigans two weeks ago when our Bariloche-Buenos Aires flight was delayed into the abyss of night with no updates. Honestly, I don’t wish ill on anyone, but I do hope the CEO of this airline spends eternity in a waiting room with announcements in just the wrong language and a never-ending supply of these awful empanadas. What a joke.
The worst airline I ever experienced
The worst airline I ever experienced! There was not a single thing that worked! We expected a refund from a cancelled flight and now it turns out that you need an Argentinien bank account!
Employees are very rude! Customer service said F*** you to me after not understanding English! This is not just the worst company, I think it should be illegal!
worst airline world wide
flybondi is a joflybondi is the worst airline in all of south america. its a joke to any other low-cost airline, the service is awful, the planes are filthy and they don't care about your reservation. that's because they have 3 planes going around making trips 24/7 so as soon as the flight before you got delayed, yours gets even more delayed. joke of a company, yeah, I'm kinda mad, I don't even get to yell at anyone about it because the poor guy/girl at the front desk doesn't have anything to do with this. just don't give any money to this airline, fly Jet Smart or Aerolineas Argentinas instead.
-5 stars if I could
If Flybondi was a hospital
If Flybondi was a hospital, I would be dead.
Flybondi is a terrible company without…
Flybondi is a terrible company without any customer service. It is impossible to get in contact with them. I will describe Flybondi as the worst airline in the world.
They cancelled our flights from Salta to Buenos Aires 2 times. The second time with few hours anticipation without giving us an alternative departure. We had to buy new tickets with Aerolineas Argentinas so we could get our connection in Buenos Aires.
Worst Customer Service Experience
First time I used Flybondi, and I had the worst Customer Service experience ever experienced so far. My departure flight was cancelled a bit more than 24 hours before departure. I received an email from Flybondi inviting me to call their number to reschedule the flight. I called many times, always with no response. Then I decided to write to them through the format. They replied only four days later! Luckily I had the opportunity to go directly to the airport to talk with an assistant. I had to wait a hour in line, as many people were waiting for the same problem. So, if it wasn't for my availability to go to the airport to resolve this issue in person, I would have lost the flights, the hotel and other attractions I had booked for the weekend and I would have missed the experience I had planned. When a issue is caused by the company, I would expect a prompt reply and resolution. I do not recommend using Flybondi to anyone and I would definitely not be keen on using it again.
No flight, no refund
Multiple changes to the flight times in the weeks and even 3 days prior to the flight. The final time was pushed back so that we could not make our connection and had to book with Aerolíneas Argentinas instead. Because the change was less than 4 hours no refund was possible.
Overall, took out money for a flight that never materialised and then would give no refund. Would not recommend!
Don't fly with FLYBONDI.
29 Oct 2024 I had a flight scheduled from AEP, I arrive to the airport and the flight is CANCELLED, they rebook me on to another flight the next morning leaving my hotel 2am, arriving to the airport when I had already checked in, they said that the flight is FULL, and the representative promised me that I will get on, and never ended going to my destination.
Terrible airline
Terrible airline. Tiny seats and poor customer service. At the airport and not allowed to check in, have to wait until told we could (for hours). Then we are told to stand in a queue outside of the check in queue and no communication except for rude staff telling you do “just stand there”. Lopez Briza in Buenos Aires was beyond rude.
They canceled my flight and rescheduled…
They canceled my flight and rescheduled for 3 days later. They made me miss my connection in Ezeiza to fly to US and they simply did not care. They did not pay or reimburse any of my lost. They have NO customer care services. It's unfortunately that such a beautiful country is hurt so badly by companies like this one. Who wants to go back after this experience?
