UNRELIABLE TERIRBLE AIRLINE

This is a horrible airline with horrible customer service and has intentionally canceled and flight and refused to refund my money. You can’t call anyone especially from the US. You can’t email them. You can’t reschedule the flight they cancelled. Then when you go to the airport and speak to customer service they do nothing for you. They don’t try to help, put you on another flight, or even seem to care. They give you an email address to complain to. Both the customer service person and email said I would receive a refund but it never came (now a month later). They don’t respond to emails and don’t care that they cost you thousands in lost hotels, bookings and time at work. I couldn’t even get to the city I have booked with Flybondi because all the tickets to that city were sold out by the time I arrived at the airport. Whole vacation ruined. Never fly this airline. It’s a scam. The emails are prob from AI. The money never came.

One star because 0 I cannot do it

One star because 0 I cannot do it. Worse experience ever. Do not use this company you will waste your money. Cancellation over cancellation no customer service ...no refund..you will put your money in garbage if you reserve a fly with flybondi.
Use jetsmart instead more serious company.

If you love yourself never fly with Flybondi

Don’t fly with Flybondi, pay more and prevent airline hell.

Flybondi is the worse airline I’ve ever flown with. We took three flights and each and everyone of them was delayed severely with absolutely zero service and communication.

Flights cancelled at the last minute with no service at all. Hours and hours of delay with no communication.

This was the absolute worst. And believe me I flew every continent. Don’t do this to yourself unless there’s no other option.

Flybondi cancelled my flight from…

Flybondi cancelled my flight from Buenos Aires to Iguazu 3 days before departure during the busy Christmas period, forcing me to scramble and find alternative bookings at crazy prices. I will never use Flybondi ever again! Trying to get refunded, no response to emails/messages!!!

Do not book with them - no compensations no refund

Do not book with this company. It is an airline that cancels a large number of flights, and you risk ruining your vacation.
I booked a domestic flight in Argentina with Flybondi. Even though everything went through correctly — booking, payment, and even check-in — only six hours before departure I was informed that the flight had been cancelled, without any explanation and without offering any alternatives that would have allowed me to continue my trip. The first available flight was only five days later.
It is extremely difficult to communicate with them through their customer service channels. They are very slow and provide very little information. Even at the airport, the staff do not give clear answers and simply tell you to go to customer service desks, which usually have extremely long lines.
There is no real compensation. They do not properly refund you — or rather, they only refund the cost of the cancelled flight. This forces you to buy another ticket that can cost three, four, or even many times more. There are no penalties for the airline, so they are not required to compensate you in any meaningful way.
They do not provide hotels, food, or assistance, and they do not care about passengers, even though they cancel more than 20% of their flights. They give no explanations and face no fines from the government, so they continue this behavior.
To this day, I am still waiting for the refund of the flight I was never able to take.
Do not use this airline if you do not want to ruin your vacation and lose money.

Worst airline in my life

First flight was cancelled. Second got 3hrs delayed 1,5hrs before departure, while we were on our way to the airport. Wtf! What Kind of management is that. Worst airline I've dealt with in my life.

Do not book Flybondi!

Do not book Flybondi!
They seriously messed up our plans.
3 flights booked.
2 cancelled.
1 delayed - and moved to airport on opposite side of Buenos Aires meaning 40 minute taxi dash (with no airport problems to cause this change).
When we did get on the plane we waited for an hour before being informed they had asked for fuel 40 minutes ago but were still waiting for the truck. This means they didn’t even plan for fuel for the flight until we were on board. They probably thought they were going to cancel so didn’t bother!

Worst airline company on this planet

Worst airline company, flew with them 2x and won’t fly with them again.

For the first flight they cancelled without notifying me. This has also been a first for me, and I’ve had a lot of travel experience.

My second flight was delayed several hours, again and again. Initial departure was supposed to be around 9PM and final departure was at 1:50 AM…

JUST DON’T. Without a doubt one of the safest…

Without a doubt one of the safest airlines in the world as they never take off.
2 flights cancelled, one with a couple of hours notice. The other with a couple of days notice. They don’t respond, there is no ability to call and they don’t offer refunds. You can’t even buy with a credit card so you can’t claim back from them. Appalling, just don’t.

Terrible airline

Terrible airline. Scammers. Avoid at all costs! They changed my flight to 12h later, which would mean I would lose my connecting flight. They refused to refund my ticket.

Avoid at all costs if you don’t want your trip schedule to be compromised

Issues with 3/3 flights I booked
1) cancelled with notice, rebooked earlier flight
2) delayed 3hrs
3) cancelled with no notice, discovered when checking in - day moved out - no refunded offered as they claim I accepted the change while it is complete bullshit

They should not be allowed to to operate, their license should we withdrawn by authorities

Too many cancellations

Im at Buenis Aires Airport and so far today Flybondi has cancelled flights to Bariloche, Salta and Iguazu. People should stop using them.

OMG worlds worst airlines

OMG. Worst airlines I have ever flown on and I've flown on many small and poorly rated airlines. The kept changing my flight and put me on a flight from an inconvenient location they ended up cancelling the flight and left me stranded ruining our vacation and costing me hundreds of dollars. We ended up flying with them the next day. We paid for priority seating, but they started boarding groups 3 and 4 before 1 and 2. We paid extra for bulk head seats with 2 across, but we ended up in the second row with 3 across and so tight my knees were against the seat in front of me. Absolutely and undoubtedly the worst airlines. Read reviews before booking with these clowns and save yourself some grief.

A disastrous round trip from Buenos…

A disastrous round trip from Buenos Aires to Salta. On the outbound flight, my flight was canceled without explanation, and they offered me a flight three days later... On the return, I received an initial notification that the airport had changed, and then 30 minutes before departure, after I had already checked in, my plane was canceled with no alternative (because the other Flybondy flights were also canceled...). I had to book another flight with Jetsmart, and getting a refund was extremely difficult... The service was catastrophic; I have never had such a terrible experience. Avoid them at all costs!!!

This flight Cy is a real shame, no other words...
My flight was cancelled without any explanation, no support despite my claim, no alternative flights, and no response.

I had to book a new flight with another airline and pay 400€ extra.

I advise any traveler to definitely avoid Flybondi if they think they are going to save money as there are more chances they end up having to pay much more...

I had another terrible experience- Canceled Flight With No Reimbursement

I had yet another terrible experience with Flybondi. My flight was cancelled without any explanation, and the airline provided absolutely no support, no alternative flights, and no response at all in the three days that followed. I was completely left on my own.

Because Flybondi offered no assistance, I had to book a new flight with another airline and pay for an extra hotel night — all out of my own pocket.

To make things worse, I had booked through eDreams Prime, which was equally unhelpful. They kept sending me check-in reminders even after the flight had already been cancelled.

This is not the first time Flybondi has caused me serious inconvenience, but it will definitely be the last. I have already filed a formal complaint with the company and will pursue further action if necessary.

I strongly advise travelers to avoid Flybondi unless they are prepared for cancellations, zero customer service, and unexpected extra expenses.

I purchased 5 flights. They changed the departure time for all flights. I was unable to take one of the flights because it would force me to miss my international connection. They refused to reimburse me.
