From start to finish fly360 made their travel experience stress free. Their user friendly website made booking a breeze and I appreciated the detailed information about bagged police and in flight amenities.
I had a minor issue with my seat selection, and it was resolved within minutes via their live chat. The flight itself was smooth, and I appreciated the extra legroom in economy class.
Don't book with them they are scammers don't believe a word that comes out of their lying mouths, I have now been in touch with the police and my bank to try and get my money back.

Booked a flight for 2, $557.00. 1 week before flight get a call from Vincent Hayes problem flight is over booked (Lie), need to cancel current reservation and redo. New reservation did not have the seat assignments took week to straighten out. All look good day before the flight go to check in reservations canceled. Told only resolution is refund. Rebooked at a cost of $1011.00. Pleasestay away from this company.

The case is very simple and pretty straightforward:
1) one website (cheapticketsdeal.com) + one charge of my card (fly360.com) + one pandemic + one law ->
2) they should have made me a simple refund months ago (the airline company made the refund to them since 30.11.2021)
- of course I have evidence for everything, but don't have an attach option)
3) Instead they will lie about a simple 2 days refund, play ping pong with you, blame the other, not respond etc
They should have the opportunity to offer to TrustPilot representatives - refund receipt, me to confirm - all good. Simple!
If not - account closed - very simple!

This company is also known as Internal Cheap flights and fly360.com. I booked the ticket for my sister from New Delhi to Dallas Texas. It was a nightmare dealing with them. I never got the confirmation number, I kept calling them and sending the email since I provided them my credit card number. They send me someone else's ticket in my sister's name on it 2 hr prior to the departure time. Later I came to know that they cancel the ticket after taking the money out of my bank. When I called them Robin was yelling at me without listing to me and he gave me the United Airlines customer service phone number, I called them and they assured me that there is not a ticket for my sister. I called Robin again, he told me that he will check with his billing department and call him back on Monday. I called back on Mondy, again the same story, he is still talking to the accounting department. As a customer, I should feel secure and trusted. I don't trust this company at all. I told Robin and I will dispute the transaction with the bank since they canceled the reservation and he hangs up the phone on me. I don't feel my credit card information and personal information is secure with them. Please don't trust them.
