We happened to buy a summer holiday…

We happened to buy a summer holiday trip with hotel and airplane a month ago. Last week, the daily new covid cases went up to 15k a day and now 22k and all the time it rises. We asked fly.pl for a refund or change of our trip and we were told only partial 35% refund was possible and they took our 1000 euros without giving any service. They also ignored our mails about the issue. Zero seevice zero support, company is a total catastrophe.
