SCAM WEBSITE
SCAM WEBSITE
DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE
I found out by going to the official Birmingham Airport
website, birminghamairport.co.uk it tells you the companies they know of and NOT to use as tickets will not be valid!!
Do not use any other websites.
I booked 2 fast track express lane tickets for June 2026.
I have had to re book them with Birmingham airports website.
Total scum bags
Total scum bags. Do not use. Just take your money. Scam.
This is a dutch company and is not…
This is a dutch company and is not affiliated to Birmingham Airport, they will overcharge you and then when you get to the airport you find out that it was all a scam and that you don't have lounge access or fastrack security. The only website where this can be booked is the official Birmingham Airport website. who also warn you about this fictious company.
Do not book fast track through this company…
Booked fast track through this company in the belief that this was the Birmingham airport site. Cost £19. Found out that same ticket costs £6 if you book through the airport. Asked immediately for a cancellation and money back, but have not heard anything. This is a bluff site. Do not purchase fast track through them
Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists.
This is not genuine - and is not accepted at Birmingham Airport. It specifically states on the Birmingham Airport not to accept from this 3rd party supplier. STAY AWAY!
Not official site
By mistake I bought on this site an 'express line' ticket. Not only 3 times more expensive than the official Birmingham airport web site, but impossible to get a refund. I tried to contact the customer service twice but no answer back. Web site to avoid by default.
DO NOT USE.
Paid over the odds and didn't get the fast track service I'd paid for. Total scammers. Avoid.
Buyer beware
Same as previous reviewers. Clicked on the site but the price was so expensive I questioned it. I went through the official airport site to check and found it should only be £12 for our party and not £60 this company was trying to charge.
Not sure if this is a legit vendor of fast track security tickets
I am not convinced this is a legitimate company. Birmingham Airport's website says you can only buy express security queue tickets from them, not from third parties. Also the tickets are £6.00 each on the Birmingham Airport site compared with £19.80 here. I have no idea why it would be a good idea to use this company if it's a) questionable as to whether it's authentic and b) costs over three times as much per ticket compared with the Birmingham Airport website. Sadly, I looked into it too late and have now paid £39.80 to this lot for two potentially useless tickets, so have also had to buy them on the Birmingham Airport site to be sure. A pain in the backside.
This isn't the genuine Birmingham Airport fast track website!
I almost bought fast track tickets on this site as it was the top Google result, but I had a nagging feeling that this was way more expensive than it should have been at £19.90 per person. I searched again and found the official site linked from Birmingham Airport's official website which only costs £6 per person.
