🚨WARNING‼️ I had good results at first but now they won't even respond. My service hasn't worked for almost One Year since February . On-going issues all the time. I have been using your service for some month. You now have not responded I try to reach out to every possible contact no response .I pay for a LIFETIME subscription and some month after everything stop working I can't even login the page anymore.

I tried to buy a lifetime deal, but their payment system wasn't working. I contacted customer service via chat, and one of the representatives provided me with a PayPal email to send the payment. I followed their instructions and made the payment. I was told I would receive an email with account activation details within a couple of hours, but this never happened. I even emailed the representative again, but received no response.

These people are scammers DO NOT BUY IT. YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Do not purchase with Flutin. It's a scam. I purchased a lifetime subscription and they are always down. Cant use the lifetime subscription.

I have been using your service for several years. I have given you multiple attempts to fix my account. VERY POOR SERVICE! You now have not responded in weeks. This will not fly. You will not charge me for a LIFETIME subscription and then ignore me. 🤬

We have a business in pet care industry and we regularly host live streams for pet care tips.
Very happy with Flutin’s services. They did not have many features when i started using it but gradually they picked up.

Horrible, they charge me 99$ for nothing. Needed to cancelled my card to have a refund.

Unfortunately, my experience is not great. Before I purchased the subscription, I communicated with them to figure out how possible it would be to use their system. They confirmed that the system could do what I needed, so I went ahead with the purchase. Then it all started: unstable streaming was constantly interrupted, and I waited a few months before they said it would be fixed. It wasn't until I gave up that I looked for other providers. Unfortunately, although I told them that I reserve the right to a refund in case they won't fix the issue, this conversation was in their chat, they didn't send the transcript to my email, and whenever I came back, they told me that they had an issue with their chat, sometimes they answered after many days in which I was repeatedly asking for assistance. The outcome is that I paid not a tiny amount for a service that I can't use, and the amount cannot be refunded because they have only seven days to issue a refund. On the positive side, I share their enthusiasm for this project, and from what I found out, it was one reason I was interested in it.

I cancelled my subscription in May, then I saw a charge from Flutin show up on my credit card bill randomly in December for $99. Flutin still has not responded to me about it or refunded it.

Features that are available with this streaming software are not there with others.
Streaming quality was very good and it very easy to use.

I scheduled many lives and at first they worked, so I added them to my list of referred tools. That said, connecting sub-accounts became a hassle and only 2 of the 6 I attempted to add were able to add themselves. Customer service is not timely and at times never responds at all so that issue went unresolved. Then yesterday a very important live did not stream and they could not be reached about that as well. There were other issues surrounded above points, however, I have to get my noodles from the stove. I paid in full for the lifetime access plan, so hopefully these are just learning curves. If that's it, then I'm happy.

wow,,, so tried live stream first time was shocking really bad looked ok but the music didn't appear at all . and the the voice from the song was really bad worse software i have used so far🥱🥱🥱
and have tried to contact them lots of times looks like they are too busy not good was looking forward to using them

I have tried a lot of streaming sites but Flutin is the best streaming live video platform I found on the internet recently and finally i found the best one.

Faced some issues with the Application , but after i contacted support using chat support , they were very helpful , i might was trying to reach a temp support mail before , thank you for the help

I've used a few other paid streaming apps out there as well as OBS and wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the features.

Definitely beginner-friendly - especially if you haven't used any of the other apps out there. I was looking around to find Keys to enter and I didn't need it. thought I ad to set up each one one by one - did not need to it automatically pulled out the groups and places and all had to do was add it and turn on where you want it to stream and that's it.

some really lovely features for monetization- which not all others have. it really is like the best of all the others out there (while some of them lack one or the other) all put together to give you a complete one.

I would definitely say if you are a beginner or experienced this is one to have.
I did test out the lives on Facebook- where you often have a slight delay for me it's usually 6-11 seconds. testing Flutin was about 5 sec. not sure bif that's FC end or Flutin as a factor but that's really good if it's down to Flutin

What I did particularly like is the share event page - very neat! easy to register or buy

The downside- I would have liked some free background or image templates, to begin with, and some nicer banners.
the chat/comment box didn't work for me - i wasn't seeing the comments from both ends. Maybe it was me.
I would like some unique screen splits /views screens than the boring streamyard ones- but I'm sure they will come up with better ones the way this team has improved.

Coming from a seasoned streaming background it was a puzzle to find the streaming keys - little did I know this wiz kid (Flutin) doesn't need it! i was hoping the click more would take me straight to the information I need for that issue- but instead, it takes you to their section where you type what you are looking for - I would like it if it takes me right to that specific thing when it's under that to click here..

the comment box has a button u can't see because their chat bubble is blocking it
I decided to email Flutin about it- which i ended up doing via their chat bubble- I'm so happy that even their chat bubble lets me Paste a screen snip than having to save a file and attach and it also said what time they would be back as they weren't opened then. This thing I appreciate because it's not like one that says away and u don't know when to expect or the annoyance of having to save a file and email etc.

I'm very impressed with it. just the little things i think are all now but it does deserve to be at the top of all.

Flutin is not just a streaming tool like restream or streamyard but it is also a streaming platform itself, similar to twitch where you get your own channel. You can even whitelabel this channel. This way you can grow your own audience outside of twitch and never have to worry if you break their ToS and get banned and lose your income from Twitch.

Flutin is a great tool for multichannel streaming. I am currently using Flutin to stream on Facebook and YouTube at the same time. The outcome is great and I would recommend Flutin to anyone who is also looking for a multichannel streaming solution.

I have been using Flutin for a very long time for live streaming to my audience who come from various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. The reason I chose Flutin was its easy of use. I have used several other multi streaming platforms and Flutin has been one of the easiest for me.
For casual streamers, they offer a generous free plan.
The only thing Flutin really needs to improve is its user interface that still looks not-so-modern.

Extremely clean, simple and well organized app design. Every feature and option in the app is intuitive and
easy to follow the steps to have an efficient workflow.

My first impression was great from signup to onboarding including account setup to scheduling an LIVE event. The app including studio is so clean, simple, and well organized which was a pleasant surprise! I was also surprised how easy it was to publish a scheduled event, an impressive dashboard, impressive layout of the event shared page, and then going LIVE including sharing my screen while LIVE streaming,

A few things I would like for them to improve or add are:

1) Compress the recorded video of the event
2) Faster processing of the recorded video
3) Remove the Help chat bubble or move it to the bottom left of the studio
4) Have a tab for account settings including login credentials updates
5) Add some default templates or designs for background, overlays and captions

Easy to integrate, set up, and use livestreaming tool that should pose minimal problems to people especially using Zapier, but hopefully it can integrate via webhooks or other integrations tools soon
