Great fast service
Great fast service, I need that, as I am a Foot health practitioner, so need to order stock when needed. I am a soul trader, so cash flow is not always good, so being able to order when needed is great 👍xxxxx

Excellent service
Excellent service. Goods arrived the next day in good time but that wasn't a definite option in the ordering routine. Otherwise very good and knowing that goods normally arrive the next day would have no problem using Fly supplies in future.. Normally would have ordered with a few days to spare but couldn't in that case.

Items, information & dispatch time fine. Delivery experience not the best.
OK service. Items fine, though in a 'too big' box with far too much paper padding.
3 emails arrived with dispatch & delivery dates / timings, also telling me the delivery firm, DX, required a signature. I put a large sign in the porch window, saying I was in & I sat where I could easily hear the doorbell and/or anyone knocking and keep an eye on the front door.
When it was way beyond the anticipated arrival time-scales, I went to the front door. The parcel had been left at the side of the doorstep, behind a large pot. Not happy. I often have items delivered and ALWAYS listen & watch out for their arrival.
I appreciate that things are difficult at the moment, but if DX needed a signature or other proof of an accepted delivery, I would expect a more careful service.
