Absolute scam. Tracked delivery for nearly 6 weeks and came up as delivered but wasn't. I have a door camera so know it wasn't.
Got passed about between 2 departments that were useless.
Never received products or a refund.

My daughter found this and is obsessed with JellyCat toys and convinced me to purchase some items. I knew I should have gone with my gut and say no but we collectively spent around £25. I saw it would take about a month to arrive so forgot about it. A month and a half went by and i remembered. Found the delivery email saying it had been delivered 10 days before. It had not. I emailed the support email and the genuine JellyCat website. Both responded. JellyCat stated they don't do discount promotions with other companies and the scammer said this:-
"Dear customer
We have checked for you that your order has been placed properly, and the tracking number is: XCSU001794440BO
If your package does not arrive or shows a delivery address different from yours, please contact your local post office.
Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Customer Service Center."
No personalisation, no logos nothing. Big big scam
My young daughter ordered $36 worth of toys from this website with her savings. That was more than a month ago. I wrote twice asking why hasn’t it arrived after tracking informed it’s on the way to next facility. Like many times. Where the heck is the next facility?? I got a reply that it will be delivered and to be patient. But I am losing my trust.
i got a notification saying my item had been delivered but it never came. i’ve been checking my mailbox regularly thinking it might have just been delayed but it’s been about a month and still nothing. the website has also shut down. do not purchase anything from here
I ordered off of the website not really thinking anything of the legitimacy. Thankfully I didn’t spend a lot, as I was tracking the delivery for a month, until it finally said ‘arrived’, and it had in fact not arrived. I thought it was too good to be true, and that was absolutely the case.
total scam dont recommened there goes 100$
Ordered multiple jellycats off it didn't get any order says delivered never showed obviously a scam
The website has shut down. My order did not arrive. Tracking website doesn’t work. Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!
