I appreciate how much this company has made me feel that I’m provided with a high quality product and my satisfaction with their products is their utmost priority. I’ve never had a negative interaction or been unhappy with my items.

Ordered 5 pillows direct from the fluffco website. I originally ordered 4 pillows before upgrading. It clearly stated that I would get free pillowcases for ordering 4 pillows. When my order arrived, there were no pillowcases.

I have emailed fluffco several times and the pillowcases have now been shipped.

Good to see that they listened and responded appropriately.

I really like these pillows! I will say they are probably better for a stomach or back sleeper as they are very soft and don’t have much of a loft for support on your side. Other than that, very comfortable, easy to buy, and on the cheaper side for nice pillows! I have the queen size set and have really enjoyed using them the few weeks I’ve had them.

I love my FluffCo pillow, I will continue to use these pillows!

I placed my first order thinking that after tax and shipping, I would be paying around $120 or so for two pillows that were on sale @ $49 each. When I processed through PayPal I see that it is going to cost $140+ and no detail as to why until you flip back to the merchant site and it is processed all the way through. THAT is when you see that there is a $20+ shipping charge AND a charge for “insurance” of $9.99. Ridiculous and hidden fees. COMPLETELY HIDDEN FEES as there is no way to see those charges until the order is processed and completed and you’ve already paid.

Had I seen these before it processed- I would have exited out of the order and not placed it. You should not be hiding the true cost details until after the order is finalized. Shame on you.

I liked what I saw on their ad. So, I decided to order pillows. Then, I thought wait! Too expensive. So I sent a note to cancel. And, I got a sweet note from Grace at FluffCo. Oh my gosh, I was surprised! Grace is wonderful! AND what a great company! I decided to try them and honestly I have gotten the absolute best night's sleep ever with these pillows. Glad I tried them but, I would not have without Grace's kind note. Thank you Grace!! and FluffCo. Try these pillows, you will LOVE them!!

These are the Best pillows I have ever owned! So soft, foldable for back or side sleepers. I am sleeping so soundly and feel a great improvement in the way I feel the next day. So grateful for their terrific customer service department!!

Waste of money!
The return policy states no returns on opened product. The problem with that is they shrink wrap the pillow so there is no way in knowing how paper thin and awful this pillow is until you open the packaging - and then you are stuck with a joke of a pillow! Walmart sells better pillows!!!

I ordered a couple of the standard sized pillows that unfortunately did not work for my side sleeping position as I need more loft. Return was costly as they did not have free shipping via like UPS. The one bright spot was the customer service I received arranging the return. She was very nice and prompt in our communications thru email.

Great pillows, so soft & so comfortable. Wasn't sure when I received these as they were very soft. However they are without a doubt the best pillows I've purchased for my neck & shoulder pain & believe me I have purchased so many including expensive ergonomic & memory foam pillows. I haven't had to take painkillers since using my pillow. Delivery wasn't too bad considering they come from the USA. The packaging to keep pillows safe was exceptional. All in all 10 out of ten for satisfaction.

I received 3 seperate deliveries and upon inspection of each pillow I find that Fluff have sent me 3 x of the Down Alternative Pillows.
The reason I ordered the 2 x Hotel Pillows was for my hubby and his bad neck.
I have contacted Fluff three times and with no reply.
I am beginning to think this is a scam and I have been done out of $180.00 AUS
Seriously I emailed Fluff over a week ago and no reply back.
I would like my money back or send me my 2 x Hotel Pillows.
Appreciate a reply to fix this problem, I am not definitely not happy.

Absolutely awful experience with FluffCo. The exact same pillows they’re selling on their website are available on Amazon for a much lower price — with free shipping and free returns. Instead of offering any sort of price match or fair policy, FluffCo charged me a ridiculous $10 “SafeTrak” fee plus $21 in shipping, only for the pillows to arrive straight from Amazon anyway. When I contacted them to address the issue, the company was completely unwilling to work with me.

This feels like a bait-and-switch setup — charging inflated fees and pretending to provide something exclusive, while passing off Amazon fulfillment behind the scenes. I’ve never encountered a company less customer-friendly. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT purchase pillows from this company

I ordered the special offer 4 x pillow + free pillow cases. I received the pillows but not the pillow cases.
I emailed fluff.co to report this. I received an email from Catie who was very apologetic and said she would look into to this for me. Catie resolved this complaint quickly and professionally keeping me updated.
I received the pillows cases (extremely good quality).
I would have given 5 stars for the quality of the pillows and pillow cases if I had received them without the missing items.

Order Number 25444540/125454 (AU) I'm not sure if I've been scammed. I bought two pillows and tried one for half a night and didn't find them comfortable at all. I emailed the company who said they could give a one-time offer of a refund of half the price and I could keep them as they need to be returned as bought.
I emailed back agreeing and now after emailing them twice to see what's happening - no response.

I am still not convinced this isn't a scam. I placed an order for 2 pillows on 28/8 at a cost of almost £100. I received an order number. On 29/8 I got a tracking number. I tried over a few days to track my order. As I kept getting 'not found' on the tracking site, I emailed Fluff to see what was happening. I got a response which basically said they would review my message. Since then, no communication and still not found on the tracking site. I have emailed to ask them to cancel the order and refund me but am still not getting a response. The next step has to be applying to my credit card company to sort it out.

Love the pillows. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that they took a month to arrive and came. in 2 separate packages. I'm in Australia though and post is often very slow.

I ordered and received a standard FLUFFCO ZEN PILLOW. I was hoping to receive a pillow that would help with my neck pain. First, the pillow arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag. When I opened the box and saw it, I knew that unless it was going to fluff up after I removed it from the bag, I wouldn't like the pillow. It fluffed up some, but was still on the flat side, nothing like any pillow I have ever experienced in any motel or hotel. I tried it for 45 minutes that night and gave up. Unless I folded it to double the size, I might as well have been sleeping on the mattress without a pillow. I have contacted the company via email and have not heard back. However, the thing that really upset me was the charge. The pillow was advertised for $49.99 plus shipping and handling. When I checked my credit card bill, I was charged an additional $34.94 for a total of $84.93. When I went back to read the fine print, which I should have read more closely, it read:
30 DAY GUARANTEE: FluffCo Zen Pillow offers you our 30-day guarantee on all unused purchases. Simply send the item(s) back to us in the original unopened packaging for a full refund or replacement, less S&H. In other words, unless I file a complaint with my credit card company, I probably will not get any of my money back because I used it for 45 minutes WITH A PILLOW CASE ON IT. I will also be writing reviews everywhere so people are not conned by this company.
