We asked Fluent to design our house renovation plans and we could not have been happier with the level of service they provided. They took our vision and have helped create our dream home. The follow up support has been outstanding, and we've been really impressed with how they handled our requests to make small amends or bigger changes. I would definitely recommend them.

This company provides a complete service which is great - as I hired them to design a rear extension and I had no experience in this area. Very courteous and efficient with every stage fully explained. I could always contact them with any queries and I would recommend this company.

From the first phone call to Sarah at Fluent Designs, the service we have received has been fantastic. Every representative we’ve dealt with, from the office administrators to the designers, has been extremely professional. The staff are also very friendly as well as efficient. Every step of the process was explained to us clearly and in detail in a form that was understandable to us. In addition, the time frame was kept to as presented at the beginning. I can recommend the team wholeheartedly.

We spent 2 yrs working with others architects and plannings orgs trying to secure planning.

Great architect firm! They have a nice online system for arranging meetings and this saves lot of time in booking meetings, surveys etc. They were even able to come on a Saturday for the consultation. Communication has been great!
The survey was done quickly and plans were produced and revised professionally.
We had the planning permission approved and will be using them for remainder of the project.

Got me everything I wanted!! An extension we were worried about getting! But at a very affordable price, and they constantly kept me updated with every step!

Tom came over to have an initial discussion about feasibility for an extension project and provided good advice which took into account potential cost and value. The Fluent design team have been extremely helpful so far in all aspects of my design for a ground floor rear extension. Neville, Tom and the team have walked me through and the various steps of design and planning, which I am grateful for as I could not have done this alone. I have been pleasantly surprised by the prompt responses I always receive whenever I have a query. My build has not yet began but I am happy with their professional service and attention to detail whenever I needed to make any changes to the drawings/floorplans. I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent services that have been provided by Fluent Architectural. I was wanting to renovate the entire house with open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living/Utility/Play Room/4th bedroom with en-suite. Fluent design team especially Sundeep come up with some innovative design solution's which would help the house flow. The Plans/Elevation were very detailed and also very prompt with sending them for me to review.

Fluent provided a proactive joined up service. I was really impressed from the start of the project. They hand held me through the myriad of administrative matters that needed attention which gave me such peace of mind as this was totally new to me. Their recommendations for professionals to deal with structural calculations, building regs and a surveyor for party wall agreements was seamless. I was really impressed at their delivery and professionalism answering my questions promptly making me feel confident everything was covered. I would have no problems at all recommending them to friends and family. Well meaning and did a number of revisions at my request. However I was disappointed that they did not realise the need for a flood risk assessment, and some of their plans were not based on discussion with myself and needed revising for practical and aesthetic reasons. A further site visit was needed as the people doing the survey wrongly thought that the drain covers were cemented over.

We engaged Fluent for a rear single storey extension and replan of use of rooms on the ground floor. They were very prompt with planning and building control drawings and provided helpful advice for party wall matters. They were also accommodating when we had to redesign the pitch of the roof. Build almost complete and very happy with it.

Tom and Neville were very prompt in responding to our enquiry regarding our single storey extension. They were polite, professional and friendly in talking though our ideas for the build and the resultant plans were drawn up in a timely fashion. These were feasible in terms of our budget. Fluent continued to work with us in making adjustments and translating our ideas for the extension and Tom came back to see us a couple of times to talk through concerns.
Fluent were excellent in assisting us in all the regulatory requirements relating to the build i.e. Submitting plans to the local council for planning permission, drawing up building regulation plans, structural calculations and party wall agreements. They also advised us of the options with regard to building control inspections.
We would recommend Fluent, particularly for the advice and support they gave with regard to the rules and regulations associated with the build and the professionally drawn up plans. Our build is now underway and all is going well!

We worked with Fluent to design a rear extension including a refurbishment of kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Fluent helped us with the full design phase including planning drawings, planning permission and building regulation plans. Tom and his team were excellent in guiding us through the process and provinding insightful details to the design elements. Even though we did a number of changes to the original idea we had in mind, Fluent was always very helpful and accommodated all our requests! The total cost was very competitive and fully aligned to original quote! Fluent also provided a lot of really useful contacts for other elements of the design phase, particularly structural calculations, party wall agreements and building control companies all of which have been great to work with! It has been great to work with Fluent and we highly recommend Fluent!
