Extremely harmful experience. We hire them to work on our site, with full confidence, and after the first month of work, they handed over the work to some outsource team from india, which was changing designer, that not only cause a lot of design and functionality errorst but massive technical errors, which directly affected our SEO efforts.
We had to point out obvious errors that they have made on the website, essentially actiong like amateur developelr designer, with OPS, sorry, we will fix it.
This affect an operating business tremendously in a negative way.
Even after the disagreement with the quality and speed of work, they still aggressively asking to get compensated for the work. which caused us 10x the damage in $$.
Marko who is the lead is very strait forward person, have posted False negative comments on our trust pilot page, posing as a customer, not a vendor.
So the RISK working with this agency if there is dissatisfaction with their work, they will pretend that they have been a customer and leave fake reviews posing as dissatisfied customers.
Very very negative experience.
