I sent flowers to my friend
I sent flowers to my friend, but the delivery was bad. My friend did not receive them personally, and luckily the neighbors saw them at the door of the building and read the writing until he knew that they belonged to my friend. My surprise failed.

Great service and quality for the price. Great alternative to Interflora!
More fairly priced and better products. Would be even better had they delivery on sundays and the tracking of delivery was more transparent.

OK, but not wow
My experience with Flowr was OK but not really good. The downside was the actual delivery of the flowers. I got a call from a very stressed delivery man who could not speak english and it was therefore very difficult to communicate. The delivery person could not find the location i had specified for the delivery. In hindsight i could have been more clear in the delivery instructions. However, i have used interflora three times before to the same address and that has worked flawlessly. The recipient also got a call from the delivery person and experienced the call as stressed and frustrating. This lowered the overall experience when the flowers were delivered. Instead of getting a nice surprise with flowers, she got a stressful situation to manage.
So in summary, good flowers and good value for money however the delivery experience was poor and i'm not sure if i will chose them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC and HUGELY disappointing!! I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday based on the home page that says Flowr guarantee delivery next day as long as the order is made before 1pm local time. Even though I made and paid for the order at 6:52am and immediately wrote the so-called "customer service" that there appeared to be an error at the booking age because I could NOT receive the flowers until 2 days later, the reply I received was rude and entirely not even TRYING to offer a solution, but rather a woman wrote me I could cancel my original order and make a new one ^$*&^&^%^* -- seriously??? You are incapable of making a manual change on the delivery date even though you had over SIX FULL HOURS to do so? Even if it took you over 3 hours to get back to me Customer Service STILL had over 3 hours to pick up the phone and call the florist in charge of the delivery - I was NEVER provided with details of who/what flower shop was in charge - instead the completely incompetent Customer Service agent takes LONGER to write me all kind of completely irrelevant and unacceptable BS excuses for why they cannot do anything, instead of simply having picked up the phone. Massively disappointing and simply unacceptable!!
