I was struggling to get down to business for a difficult writing project at work. Flown sessions not only created a space for me to tackle this huge project, but made me excited to do it! Work hours fly by now. I am learning how to focus and gaining confidence in my abilities. This software and company has truly given me a part of my life back.

Seeing others working focused is surprisingly an effective way for me to get focused. I also love that you can set small, specific intentions with a timer to keep myself focused and accountable. Every 5 min saved in this way counts!

As a freelancer, working from home can become quite lonely and make you lose motivation. Flown has been a massive help and great at keeping me focused. Been using it for over 1.5 years, highly recommended!

I don’t know how I was getting by without FLOWN before. The sessions have become my go-to for dealing with everything from work tasks, coursework, and life admin like meal prep. As someone with ADHD who works remotely, procrastination can become a real problem that makes everything feel overwhelming and task paralysis has always been a struggle. With FLOWN, I have the option of having more structured themed sessions for particular intentions, or drop in sessions- the second I realize I’m dragging my feet on getting started on something, I launch FLOWN and things start to happen. The subscription is worth its weight in gold for the reduced anxiety I experience from not procrastinating daily
alone.

Before I start my general review, I want to say that I love Bell's sessions. Her demeanor feels genuine and empathic. Also, I have a very strong preference for focus sessions over the other formats.
I am new to coworking online and it has generally been a game changer for me. Truly amazing. I have tried four platforms. Flow Club, Flown, Focusmate, and Cofocus. Of the four, Flow Club was the best fit for me, but I went with Flown because it is so much more affordable and I prefer group sessions to the one-on-one sessions offered by Focusmate or Cofocus.
Flown was second on my list for a few reasons:
(1) I need more sessions. Because Flow Club is community driven and sessions are hosted by community members, there are many more time blocks available. I can always find a one hour, two hour, or three hour sessions (maybe also half hour sessions) that start on every hour or half hour. The drop in sessions on Flown just aren't the same for me. Also, on Flow Club there are hosts who use different formats so at any point in time, there is something that fits my needs. I have several times had to supplement Flown with a focusmate session because there just wasn't enough at offer.
(2) I much prefer sessions held by community members rather than trained facilitators. With community members, it feels like we are all coming together as peers. With the facilitators it seems as if there is really someone in charge. Also, the cheerfulness and enthusiasm of the facilitators (with the exception of Stella) feels very forced to me. Cheerleading that way just isn't my cup of tea although I am sure it works well for many people. I must say that there is one facilitator in particular who seems to be trying so hard to be positive that I worry she is going to break into sobs after the session.
(3) Along the same lines, I cringe when I hear a facilitor use the "flock" metaphor.
(4) I am not really into the "extras," i.e., the meditations, aphorisms, planned questions, etc. I am a long time meditator and for me, the cheerleading tenor interferes with the authenticity of the experience. Again, I know this is particular to me.
So, I am grateful for what Flown offers even though it isn't a perfect fit. Hope this is useful feedback.

I absolutely love Flown! There is no way I could've finished up my PhD without the support of the facilitators and fellow participants. I even thanked everyone in the acknowledgements section of my thesis! It's just so nice to have connections with other people while doing work that requires lots of alone time doing deep thinking. And it's so interesting to see what everyone is working on! There's a huge range of folks and they're all lovely. I can't say enough good things about Flown and recommend it without hesitation!

A great service; this helps with focus and accountability. The moderators are super friendly and make you feel a part of a community. Would recommend if you are struggling with focus and finishing a project.

A few minutes in the first session I knew this was for me. And it still is. It’s weird but seeing all those people working really helps me to keep working and stay focused. Also the host of the sessions are great in what they do. Gets you setting goals, tackling the hard stuff, planning realistic and not feeling overwhelmed all the time. All that and at the same time they are all so really really kind.

Love Flown! It has helped me organize my life and be more productive. I also really enjoy the additional resources for things like meditation, journalling and breath work to prioritize breaks. Overall has improved my work performance and life!

Flown is really a game changer in having focused work sessions (or whatever you want to focus on) and get into flow but also having the opportunity to be part of a great community, so your work is spiced up with interactions if you want. The hosts are professional and just amazing. I also did attend 2 float coachings with a small group and only can recommend wholeheartedly. Also the possibility to host your own sessions is really fabulous. The integration with the calender helps to time block efficiently. Just try it yourself as I really think one must experience to get the best overview of what flown has all to offer.

Flown has had a huge impact on my productivity and sense of wellbeing. Working from home, while very freeing, can be isolating, especially as a solopreneur. I love having a way to tap into community and a shared sense of focus and camaraderie!

Flown is one of the best tools I've discovered in the last year. I'm a person who have always struggled to focus, perhaps with ADHD, so having a platform in which I have a camera recording me whenever I want where there are always other persons also focusing on their tasks is a really great help, I've never seen a platform like this before, it became my company on a daily basis and my ally to reach my goals

Flown helps to start my day grounded, intentional, with purpose. From meditation, journaling and breathwork, to virtual workspaces with as much or little guidance and interaction as you like - there's a session for whatever you need. From finding the focus to get stuck into a study project, a work deadline, or knock things off your to-do list. By the end of the session, I feel I've been productive and that I've accomplished something!

FLOWN is amazing! I think the best part for me is there are experienced facilitators that start and close the sessions. They are really nice and friendly. Truely what I hoped for with virtual co-working.
Plus I've been playing with their new feature to host my own sessions, this has been great for the days I want that extra layer of accountability!
And FLOWN has some extra special & focused sessions about once a month like the Business Hot Seat where you can network with other FLOWN folks.
