Not a reliable service – unclear pricing and poor support

I do not consider this a reliable service and I do not recommend it.

I was an existing Flowith user and renewed my subscription based on my previous experience, where image generation cost 1 credit per image (sometimes 10 depending on the model). At the time of renewal, there was no clear or explicit warning that image generation would suddenly cost around 160 credits per image.

After renewing, I generated only 4 images and lost a significant amount of credits almost instantly. This was not intentional usage and happened purely because the pricing change was not clearly disclosed during the renewal process.

I contacted support multiple times to explain the situation and request a refund. My refund request was rejected, and meaningful communication stopped. My emails were either unanswered or met with copy-paste policy responses that ignored the core issue.

Ending a promotion is understandable, but failing to clearly inform existing users at renewal and then refusing responsibility is not acceptable. A service that handles pricing changes and customer communication this way cannot be considered trustworthy.

I am sharing this so others are aware. If you are considering using Flowith, be extremely careful with renewals and pricing, or avoid the service altogether.
