Beware
Beware, next day shipping isn’t next day shipping necessarily, it’s a bit if a scam… I ordered and received a confirmation email on the day but then the following day received an email saying that the ordered had now been processed by then… therefore when my order actually arrives (I hope tomorrow) it will be 48hrs. Not ideal when you need to test ASAP.

Excellent advice and service! I had a problem with my pump which is pretty old now. Phoned and spoke with Alan the inventor, he gave me some brilliant advice on how to change and replace the the pump! its so surprising to actually speak with a human and not a robot or email! Thank you

Excellent product with excellent support
Having just replaced 2 showers and 2 loos in the house I have purchased a SP2 and an SP2U pump to help the water flow as my mains water pressure is just over 1 bar. The rest of the house is gravity fed.
I was surprised the as to how simple and easy it would be to install the pump(s) and amazed at the difference they make to the running of water, the speed at which cisterns now fill, and quite importantly, that the shower now delivers sufficient pressure to get a decent shower without running around to get wet! (each pump took me (a novice) 20 mins to install.
The pumps sit inline and are compact enough that you dont need to mount them to the wall or rafters, and as the pumps dont get hot, you can even muffle the for the little noise that they make.
In all, I have spent less than £225, and as well as getting the pumps delivered by the next day, I found that whenever I called Flowflex for advice, I quickly got through to a staffmember (on each occasion a lady called Gemma/Jemma) who really knew the product well and gave immediate and practical guidance and advice.
I would thoroughly recommend the product and the support from Floflex. Thank you all for making a part of my renovation project much easier!
