Non-existant support
Bought a treadmill and ran into problems right away - the belt kept slipping during the warranty period. When I contacted the company, they couldn't give me a straight answer about how to fix it.
Fast forward 2 years after the warranty ran out, and the motor died. All I wanted was to buy a replacement part, but good luck getting them to respond. I tried their online chat, filled out their contact form - nothing. Complete radio silence.
Look, I paid good money for what's supposed to be a premium product. I'm not even asking for free repairs here, just the chance to buy parts when something breaks. But apparently that's too much to ask from these people.
Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually cares about their customers after they take your money.
