Placed my order 12 days ago and I have finally got the order today. They do respond to emails ( the only good thing I have experienced) but only to tell me not to worry, it's being processed. The shipping policy on the web site has been broken and I did not receive an apology for the delay or an explanation when I explicitly requested one. They just copied and pasted the policy back to me and extended the days in the email!
Looking back to the web site, the policy still states 1-5 days for processing and 1-3 days for tracking to be live.
Tracking was provided 8 days ago and was only live yesterday.
If there are delays and issues meeting the policy, it should be amended on the web site and when a customer asks for details, amending a policy to meet the situation for an email to state it is within policy isn't great customer service at all.
The products are not delivered in recyclable packaging as advertised and stated in the shipping policy page.
Very disappointed as I thought I wouldn't be receiving any soft plastics

I ordered the Ultra Guard Super Plus 60ML Period Pants on the 3 for £16 offer and they arrived fairly quickly with no issues. Just recently got to use them and I have been very impressed with the pants. They appear to be of a good quality, are comfy to wear, hold more than enough blood over 12ish hours and didn’t leak at all overnight. They have washed up well also.
Communication from the company has always been very good from the point of placing the order onwards, so I was able to see when the order was on its way and when it had been delivered.
I would definitely buy from them again.

The company are great. The website was simple to work through and I found what I needed, at the best price available, very quickly.
The period pants were for me, but the bamboo reusable pads have been given to my teenage girls, for their school bags and bedrooms.

Great product. I only ordered a could of pants as wasn't sure they would be any good as some (another brand) I've used in the past were not great. These are fab no leaks at all. Will deffo be putting in another order.

This is my second order as I use these pants all the time. I love the Comfy Cotton™ Dailys Period Underwear, because they feel like normal knickers. No too bulky. I use them as a back-up with my cup or on light flow days. I size up for comfort as I do not like any tight, pinching around the waist, especially when bloated.

Terrible customer service. Viewing messages in chat and choosing to ignore rather than respond. Bought a few times but won't be ordering again.

Shipping said 7-10 working days. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I finally went to get in contact with them, went to my account to grab my order number and it said “order cancelled 2 days ago”. No email, no notification, no refund yet, just cancelled 2 days after the latest delivery date! Emailed them, got one response back saying they had manufacturing issues and they’ve pulled sale of one of my items (yet it just said sold out on the website, disingenuous if you ask me), despite the fact they could have given me the chance to order others or even sent me the items they did have, but no and I got no further response from them.

The pants are good, comfortable and reliable- the communication is a little scattered but I've always received my orders in good time. Bear with them, I get the feeling they're concentrating on making the product, not answering email...

Easy to purchase online and at a discount, washed first as advised and they were very comfortable to wear.

I've ordered from Flowette 4 times now, this order was to replace existing pants, my daughter prefers Flowette over other brands that we have tried and they are affordable, I would recommend them.

Terrible service. Ordered 1st September, got a notification from royal mail 2nd September saying they were expecting the parcel. 8 days later royal mail still haven't received the parcel. I contacted them via their website and have had no response over 24 hours. Opened a PayPal case and they shared the "tracking' information which still shows they still haven't sent rhe parcel to royal mail. Avoid avoid. Terrible service

I’ve hit perimenopause, which means my periods are no longer regular. I’ve switched to wearing the cotton period pants all the time so when Indo flood I don’t leak. Thank you for giving me back my confidence.

Good quality underwear however I never got a reply when I enquired when they would be delivered. Fortunately they were delivered that day but a reply would have been nice.

I’ve used this company for a long time since tulip. The pants are great no pant line, absorb well even for a heavier flow and I like the fabric. Use for myself and my teen. The basic pant are great for everyday use. I also have the gym pant and heavy flow pant both also good. It’s essential you follow the care instructions to look after them!

I’ve ordered three times for my teens. They love how these pants fit and these pants offer the most coverage compared with other period pants in the same price range. Shipping can be slow and there isn’t a lot of communication about dispatch and delivery (why I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5). But I have always received my order eventually and the pants have lasted very well (first set bought over 2 years ago and still going strong). I was prompted to leave this review via an email from Flowette, but was not paid or compensated for my review.

Ordered and payment taken. No confirmatory email, no pants, no response from customer services.

Great product and always highly recommend. It’s my 3rd order and I wear them all the time now because they are not only good period pants but also comfy and fit well
