Yesterday I left review here with one star. I thought it's a fair one. The all issue was about my order which I was waiting for 9 days. I send an email but there was no response. So I sent the SMS message. I've received message about to checking my order. I wasn't happy at all. Yesterday I've received a phone call.They called me and they tried to solve the issue. I was really surprised they called me straight away with an apology and what they can do for me. And that was really nice.I was pleased. For the end, actually that wasn't dareful.It was mistake with the address with my postcode.
I fully recommended Flowertush as a company. They never actually let me down. I'm always happy with the all of the product. I really appreciated for solved my problem which actually was my mistake. Brilliant customer service, Thank you.
