I ordered flowers and paid for same day…

I ordered flowers and paid for same day delivery also rush delivery at 10 am. It was set and paid for and delivery was supposed to be at 1pm however I got off work at 4pm and the flowers still hadn’t been delivered. I sent them to my own house for my wife. I called customer service who’s terrible btw and got hung up on twice. Finally on the 3rd try the rep stated he opened a “ticket” I received an email shortly after stating my order was delivered but that was a lie and when I called back it was conveniently after hours which was 5pm. I will never order from here again and I’ve ordered here for years.

All very easy but on the review window…

All very easy but on the review window I wanted, but could not find, a way to modify the message on my card. If you're going to let me review, I should also be able to change. That's my only gripe (altho flowers have not yet been sent so tbd on the whole experience)
