please don’t make the same mistake I made an ordered flowers through this third party. What i ordered looks nothing like what they advertise and then when you ask about it they simple wash their hands with a scam policy that they wrote knowing that what they are advertising is misleading and not even close to what you paid for. These arrangements are highly priced, so you expect the same quality and not something that someone else decided to put together. STAY AWAY, save your money you won’t be disappointed like us!

It was easy to order.And I got same day, unlike the other sites, I was trying to get same day on, i've sat here for an hour and a half on other sites trying to get it done.This site got it done!

First time using it went well. If the flowers are as beautiful as pictured and they deliver on time I will definitely use you again

It was easy with no extra loops to have to jump through. I was able to order what I wanted.

Definitely did not get what i ordered. Not even close. I paid extra to have it delivered by 12:00 & that did not happen. Will never use them again. Now what i did get was ok, just not even close to what I really ordered.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. I spent $72 on these flowers, and although the finished arrangement is beautiful, it is not what I specifically chose and paid for.
I chose the “Fall Fragrance” arrangement specifically because of the orange/yellow sunset-colored flowers shown in the picture. Those colors were special to the recipient and were the entire reason I chose this particular arrangement. In the arrangement that was delivered, those flowers were substituted with solid dark-red flowers.
I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made, but when a substitution changes one of the main features of an arrangement, I believe the customer should be contacted. Had someone told me those particular flowers weren't available, I would have either chosen a different arrangement or discussed another option that kept the sunset coloring that was so important to this gift.
I was also very disappointed to find out afterward that my order had been sent to a local florist to fulfill. If this was disclosed on the website, it was not made clear enough during my ordering process for me to realize it. Had I known a local florist would actually be making the arrangement, I would have ordered directly from them. I could have spoken with the florist myself, explained why those particular colors were important, made sure they had what was needed, and even picked the arrangement up myself.
That's why I feel this was a downfall on both sides. The website accepted my order based on the arrangement pictured without giving me an opportunity to address the substitution, and the local florist made a significant substitution without contacting me. The arrangement is gorgeous, but that doesn't change the fact that I spent $72 and did not receive the specific arrangement I intentionally selected.
This wasn't simply about wanting pretty flowers. This was a meaningful gift, and I chose that arrangement for a specific reason. For $72, I should not have found out after delivery that the very flowers that made me choose the arrangement had been replaced.
