Horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! No delivery confirmation, no order confirmation. They appear to be a scam company. Total waste of money.

I Will never order from this company again! My order has never arrived, it is now 6 days late and I’ve emailed them 3 times so far and not one response back! I am having to go via my bank to claim my money back.

Awful - Ordered flowers for my mother at valentines day. What was ordered compared to what was delivered was completely different. I would not have ordered what was delivered seeing she is allergic to lilies. I tried to contact Flowersdelivery4u twice regarding the issue with the order and received no reply. Would not recommend or use ever again.

Would avoid as no telephone number to enquire and ignoring 5 emails I sent to enquire if order of bereavement flowers had been delivered as no tracker available.

Ordered one of the biggest bouquets from this SCAM company, no flowers, no response to emails. They were quick to steal the money from my account, so now I'll see you in cou ty court you thieves!

Ordered for someone as a surprise. Emailed twice as flowers didn’t turn up. Once they did it was a much smaller bunch to what I ordered. No communication and poor flowers. I will not be using this lot again

Ordered flowers to be delivered last week and have received zero updates on the delivery and had the money taken from my account.

I’ve bought a few times from this company but never again!

If anybody has any advice on how to get a refund I’d would be greatly appreciated.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 15th December, the money has been taken from my account but no delivery has been received. Tried to contact the service via email as the number is not available, no reply.

I have previously had good service and have always recommended them. The flowers were a surprise to my Aunty and it's disappointing that this has been spoiled.

I also can not log into my account to check for update and am not able to reset my password word

Ordered flowers for my wife. Number of flowers were less than what was mentioned for the price. They were also too small. It is cheaper and beter to buy from local supermarket.emailed customer service twice and awaiting reply for 4 weeks now. No phone number. Total rip off

i have used this company for years and while i have had a few issues, i have always been pleased with their service. that has changed as i ordered flowers for my step mums birthday (one of their most expensive) and she received a much smaller bouquet with a note to a completely different person. I have emailed multiple times with no reply. i have also messaged through messenger, again with no response. as there is no phone number on their website, i have no intention of using them again.

Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in sympathy at the loss of her mum. Flowers never arrived and I have now emailed the company twice asking for a refund or an alternative delivery but have heard nothing back. I have used Flowersdelivery4u previously and never had any problems but to get zero response is very disappointing. The phone number is not connecting and there is no online help chat to speak to so emailing is my only recourse. I hate that at such a sad time my friend feels like I wasn't thinking of her.

Do not use this company! I ordered a chocolate bouquet for my granddaughter. It has not arrived and you cannot contact the company! No phone number or email working!

Ordered 2 of their chocolate bouquets for upcoming family birthdays, I requested a delivery date of the 12th April and received the initial order confirmation stating that I would receive courier and tracking details in due course. That is the last I heard from them. I have tried emailing their supposed help contact 3 times and their phone line is (strangely) no longer live.
Please do not waste your hard earned cash on these people, for a company who supposedly deal with people’s Life Occasions their service seems to be somewhere between poor and non existent. Very very disappointing

I don't normally provide reviews but I was so disappointed with my order that I felt the need to.

I purchased some flowers from a sales offer that was emailed to me from the company. The offer was 50% off.

I selected some flowers with an initial price of £80, used the discount code and then added on delivery. Total price of £44.99.

The company emailed me a day later saying they no longer had those flowers in stock and offered me 3 alternatives which were all priced similarly.

I made my selection and eventually they turned up. The box was bashed making it difficult to get the flowers out safely, there was no gift card which should have been included, and although the bunch of flowers were nice, they were most certainly not worth the £80 original price tag (before the discount). I emailed my disappointment to the company and haven't yet received a reply, stating I didn't think they were worth more than £30. I haven't had a response, but it was only half a day ago.

The flowers were provided by someone else, after checking their website, the same bunch with the same name were there (Scarlett Bliss) and were priced at £38.

Do not buy from this company. I was disappointed paying £45 for these flowers, never mind the fact the original price was more than double.

I presume all they do is find flowers from elsewhere, more than double the price, so with a 50% discount they make a profit, and then let someone else do the hard work.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. Turned up upside down in boxwith flower petals every where and the bouquet was mouldy and rotten! Customer services useless! No refund because I only sent one picture of the bouquet. Will never use again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Flowersdelivery4u.co.uk has been amazing! My daughter is attending University and I am in the United States and they have provided fantastic Communication and delivered gorgeous boutiques to my daughter. It's great to know I am so far from her and I can trust they have it handled! Thank you soo much! 💓

The delivery was three days late, and the flowers were not in good condition. Very disappointing.

Great flowers great service

I've used this company for years and everyone who has received flowers from them are very impressed. I've never had an issue and flowers have always arrived on time and in good condition. I recently accidentally ordered a bouquet to my own address instead of the the intended recipient and the firm couldn't have been quicker to respond to my email and correct the address - great service.
