Wrong colour. Wasn’t as described in the image I thought I was buying and then when delivered to my mums it was completely different

Delivered on time but bad attitude, rude and full of excuses as to why they cant answer their phone.

Flowers were great and lasted a long time.
The only issue is that the Royal Mail delivery is a let down. Shame as I have experienced great customer service from Flower by Flourish and would continue to order flowers from them, however RM delivery is rubbish compared to any other flower service I have used.

Well, I didn't actually get any flowers from this company because they failed to update their website to say the bulb I had ordered was out of stock and not coming back into stock.
I had selected a particular bulb for a friend to receive on Mother's Day to help honor their mum, who had recently passed.
After two weeks, I hadn't received any communication from them stating that my delivery was on the way or had been delivered. I emailed to check on the status and was told that at that point, it was out of stock.

They did offer to send an alternative and eventually gave me a full refund. I'm disappointed that the gift I had hoped to send had no indication of availability, that my money was taken for something they did not have, and that at no point was I told my order was not going to be fulfilled.

Awful, one picture is what is advertised, the other is what I got. Although it doesn't do them justice, they lasted three days. Most of the flowers didn't bloom beyond what's in the picture.

I emailed:
The order arrived today and am sorry to say how disappointing they are. Dry, browning around the leaves and flowers straight out of the box, and nothing like the picture on your website. Some of the greenery is totally absent. You have left me wishing I had just gone to the supermarket instead of trying gor something extra special. Please see the two attached photos and a screenshot from your website to compare. Where I do not now have the time to return and replace them, I do expect some kind of refund as an outcome. I do not want vouchers or credit as I will not be using flourish again.

Thanks for your email. There is nothing wrong with the flowers. I am pleased to see they have arrived in such good condition.

Totally gaslighting their way out of my complaint. I expect is their 'Management' style. Very unprofessional and toxic.

Buyer beware.

Happy to take money when flowers aren't even available...if they aren't available why put them on your website?

Living in england and not able to visit my mother on mothers day i sent flowers from your company she was most delighted with the flowers and vase she rated them better than the normal interflora that i normally send. Thank you

Flowers arrived via Royal Mail, in a box that had had the top ripped off. The flowers were withered and wilted and there was no protective packaging around the flowers, as if someone had just shoved a bunch of flowers in a cardboard box. For the price I paid, this is totally unacceptable. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they would not offer any compensation. Disgusting!

Flowers were beautiful and received on time

I had to contact Flourish by email and they were super quick to respond, put my mind at ease straight away, I was really impressed. Flowers sent to my Mum were absolutely beautiful but slightly different to what I had ordered (eg there were no lilies in the arrangement at all - it could very well be for a good reason eg that it’s the wrong season etc in all fairness, but nothing was mentioned to me about it.) It didn’t matter as arrangement looked stunning and obviously my Mum didn’t know any different so that’s why I’ve still put 5*. Thank you very much for the beautiful flowers anyway!

The flowers were for my 84 year old mother. Included with the flowers was some marketing material for Naked Wines with a special offer. My mother understandably thought that this was part of the present and thought that I might be upset if she turned it down. It is very disappointing that a gift for someone else has marketing material included with it, presented as if it is from the sender. This makes it very unlikely that I will use this service again.

The Orchid was superb! Great colours. Well nourished. And super eco and beautiful packaging. I was going to go with Waitrose for this Mother’s Day gift and then I thought I’ll just do a quick Google, just to see. And up they popped Flowers By Flourish. They were cheaper, website was easy to use aaand, when they didn’t have the flower I had ordered in stock, they text messaged me pictures of alternatives that were even better than the original!

Flowers were fine but £40 for a few piddly little things to sit there for a week is madness 🤣 well overpriced, I expected them to be a lot more than they turned out to be

Bought Flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day from Interflora and they were a beautiful bouquet, flourished and lasted a long time. Bought flowers for my wife for Mothers Day, for approximately the same price from Flowers by Flourish and a limp looking bouquet was delivered in a cardboard box by the postman, which didn’t flourish and just look unhealthy. Won’t bother again unless I get a refund and an assurance of improvement.

I ordered freesias for my sister. They were absolutely fabulous and still going strong.
The delivery time was when promised , so all good
I will definitely use them again

Purchased as a gift. Recipient said it was one of the nicest bouquets they had ever received. Lovely mix of colours and plenty stems to give lovely mix.

They were delivered a whole day early.
