Make 'em brighter
We asked for bright colors in the arrangement we had sent, and they were pretty, but not as brightly colored as we wanted. The recipient was quite pleased, so we can attribute our difference as U.S. vs. English ideas of brightness.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed. We tried to call you to discuss and left a message but haven't heard back from you.
We put a lot of care and effort into making sure our customers get the best possible value. We calculate the cost of every bouquet very carefully. Flower prices like everything go up and down a so can sometimes seem expensive for reasons beyond our control. I do remember the bouquet you ordered and it was spectacular, we even used it on our social media so I am disappointed that you weren't happy.

I live in Scotland and ordered flowers as a gift for my Mum. The flowers arrived in great conditions after transport, and lasted much longer than lower quality supermarket flowers. My Mum was very happy with them and found the arrangement very striking and unique. Definitely recomend them.
