Total Scam

I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day on May 7th. 1st the delivery date was changed to Monday the 11th . It is now Wednesday and is now supposed to be delivered on Thursday. I called and waited for an agent for hours, they cut you off after 10 minutes and the call back option is a joke. They still haven’t called me back. When I finally got through I cancelled my order and requested a refund. The warehouse will now call me within 24 hours. The background noise sure sounded like a call centre. I doubt they will call me back. I’ll be contacting my credit card company.

Bait and switch.

Bait and switch.

Shipping date and time is apparently a suggestion to this company. Never again.
If you can't deliver the product.. don't take someone's money and deliver whenever you feel like it.
