Complete scam - do not buy from them

If I could rate less than 1, I would. I placed an order on November 5 and have yet to see the sweatshirt. When tracking, it never moved for weeks from where it initiated. Now the date changes when you track it as if it’s on its way. It’s been doing that for several days. Poor website in my opinion-poor customer service.

HORRIBLE!!! They are a scam!!! Took my money and never received the item!!

This is a scam company. I am out $94 for their cheap crap clothes plus $45 in shipping to return clothes. The package was delivered in July per tracking from Usps - it’s now September and they refuse to return my money. They state they never received the package despite the fact that I shared screenshots of the delivery notice to their address. Customer Service is a joke. Don’t buy from here!

Scam company!!!! Cheated me of $87 plus the $25 to return it to China. The returned package has been in customs in China since April ‘22 and apparently there are issues between the company and customs so there it sits. Poor quality!!! Do not deal with these people!

Run! Do not order from this shady company. I ordered a blouse and a dress. I paid for expedited shipping, the items took over a month to arrive. The quality was horrible. And i have had zero response in trying to return the items for a refund. This company should not be doing business.

They look great in the PHOTOSHOP website, when you get the items are made very cheap, and IF you ask for return HA! HA! HA! they will give you only 10% PLUS!!! 15%of in your next order. So let me do the math It was $160 for the total order plus $15 for shipping
So I will get the WONDERFUL REFUND of $16 DOLLARS for the Crap!that I got. By the way they are not located in the USA. So they would tell you if you want to returned you will have to send it to CHINA.

The blouses were awful quality... cheap polyester and the sizing was a 10 inches too small. Complained to return (after paying extra for 5 day shipping and getting the tops 34 and 37 days after ordering!!) and was offered "10% discount on another purchase" and that "it's too expensive to send to China." Well... I sent it to China, paid $29 to do so out of spite, and it's been sitting in customs for them to pick up for 3 months. Emails go ignored. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I placed an order on 3/14/23 and here it is 6/2/23 and it hasn't been fulfilled. I have emailed them 6 times. DO NOT order from them. Save your money.

Ordered two tops and a dress. All three were described to be either cotton or cotton blend. Received my purchase and all three pieces are cheap polyester! Instead of being a”light and breezy, the items are a thick uncomfortable fabric! I emailed to return, and they said that I have to pay for the return to China! Dont be fooled by the cute clothes they display on the website!
