Faulty machine . AVOID . No help

They delivered a faulty pilates machine . Which looked like it had already been returned and then sent out to me . It looked dirty and used on the elbow pads . The clock didnt work . The arm bands restraints didnt lock in so were dangerous when they flew out . They wanted me to pay return postage . I reported to amazon and im still going back and forth with the company . Its a waste of £50 .. I would avoid this company. .always check your 3rd party seller

Company agreed to give discount for…

Company agreed to give discount for shipping costs on next order as instead of special delivery by 1pm they shipped as 24hr and pocketed £6 quid. Barely responded in emails. When I tried to apply said I was unable to apply discount due to weight and price because they deducted it from actual cost of product instead of shipping, with the only option to pay for double the amount of product than last time just to use the discount. Their tactic is to ignore you and hope you just buy more of their product.
Disgusting company don't use. Find another.
