Unique teacher appreciation
This year for teacher appreciation, I skipped the usual mug and sent a flowercard. The blooms were bright and the card art was playful. The teacher posted it on her classroom wall and kids asked where it came from. It's a fresh twist on saying thanks.

The flower card that arrived didn’t look anything like what I had ordered and the display was of poor quality. Flower card offered a 20% off my next Flower card purchase but all I wanted was a better flower card sent to my sister in law . I didn’t hear back with a reply so far….

Excellent service.
I was informed every step of the way as to what was happening and when there would be delivery. I didn't know the surname of the recipient and she works in a large hospital, but it reached her early on the morning of the day of delivery. Brilliant work.

I wanted something special for my mums…
I wanted something special for my mums 60th wedding anniversary but was very disappointed when I saw what she received. I felt it was a very small bunch of ordinary flowers.
I wish I'd gone with my usual choice of M &S which I feel is much better value. I won't be ordering again or recommending
