We have had a very positive experience with Flowspace. The team is always quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or oder modifications that we need. The platform as well is very intuitive and easy to use.

Flowspace is a terrific all-around 3PL service. We evaluated over 60 3PL options and decided on Flowspace because it is in the sweet spot between high automation / minimal customer service (ShipBob, Shipmonk, Amazon), and low automation / white glove service (the hundreds of small warehouse options). For example our product requires temperature control - this is rare among high-volume 3PLs, but Flowspace was able to provide cool warehouses wherever we needed in the US. The Flowspace tech platform is also super intuitive and easy to use, and the integration with Shopify is straightforward to set up and maintain. Our onboarding liaison did a great job getting us up to speed, and customer support since then has been super responsive & helpful. We are also in constant communication with our warehouse for the miscellaneous one-off requests that require explanation / specialized service (what you wouldn't get with a more automated 3PL). All-in-all I think Flowspace has the right mix of scalability, competitive cost, geographic flexibility, good technology, and responsive service. Highly recommend!

Amazing onboarding experience and collaboration. The orders and integration seem to be working perfectly and the flexibility that they offer is great. Their staging environment could be a bit better with few other options but nevertheless great. Kudos to Anthony for making our integration smoother.

Flowspace and their customer service team have been nothing short of stellar! The app itself is easy to use and the team there is incredibly helpful. They really work with you to not only utilize the platform to the best of your ability, but also take comments/feedback into account for improvements. And their customer service team responds quickly and always available to take care of requests. Highly recommended.

The team at Flowspace has been extremely helpful navigating a difficult situation with our warehouse. I do not know what soured in the relationship between Flowspace and the warehouse (which changed ownership recently) but it resulted in the warehouse being very uncooperative. First, they were overcharging for box assembly and packing. And in the end, the warehouse stopped cooperating altogether, refusing to ship our product. We are essentially unable to fulfill orders. The Flowspace team has been very active in helping us find solutions to this problem. The Flowspace team has been part of the solution, not the problem. We appreciate their responsiveness.

Working with the Logistics Team at Flowspace has been a real positive relationship. They are point on and courteous. A special Thank you to Vicky Zamd! Her continuing knowledge and attention to details are second to none. The Team bridges between Client and Warehouse with honesty and integrity. A class act!

I operate a 3PL in SoCal, and working with Flowspace over the past few months has been such a breeze! On Day 1 in our new warehouse space, our dedicated Flowspace rep, Vicky, came out to welcome us to the new space, introduce herself, and answer questions we might have about working with them. She's been very responsive to our needs and has been a great asset in helping our business grow. Flowspace has pitched and placed numerous clients in our warehouse space. It's great to have an agent working on our behalf to find clients and act as a middle-man in managing client relationships so we can focus on our core business operations. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service Flowspace has provided and looking forward to working together going forward.

We have been working with Flowspace and the Flowspace platform for over 2 years now, and it has been wonderful! The system is very straight forward and easy to use, and provides the means of communication necessary between the shipper, warehouse, and the flowspace support team. Everything you need is within the platform, so it makes it easy for everyone using it. We have enjoyed being apart of the flowspace platform.

We were initially excited to partner with Flowspace as a small toy company we needed help with fulfillment. But over a year later we’ve found out that they overcharged us by $38,000!!! They agreed that they had made errors and refunded (after weekly phone calls and emails) all but $10,000 which they say we are too late to claim!
AND they now have let inventory oversell and charged us storage fees on items they say they never had. Leading to a customer service nightmare for us!

Overall, we have been very pleased with the service!
