I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with neurodiversity coaching for my AuDHD, and it made a noticeable difference in how I understand and support myself day to day. My coach created a space that felt genuinely accepting and tailored to how my brain works, rather than trying to force me into systems that were never designed for me.

What stood out most was how well they understood the overlap between autism and ADHD. Instead of treating them as separate or conflicting, they helped me make sense of how both show up in my life whether, that’s in executive functioning, sensory needs, motivation, or burnout. Their approach was practical but also compassionate, which made it easier to stick with changes without feeling overwhelmed or judged.

We worked on strategies that actually fit me, not generic productivity advice. Things like flexible routines, energy-based planning, and ways to reduce friction in everyday tasks were especially helpful. I also appreciated how they supported me in reframing a lot of the negative beliefs I’d built up over time.

Overall, it felt collaborative, respectful, and genuinely useful. I came away with tools I still use, and a much better understanding of myself. I’d definitely recommend neurodiversity coaching, especially with someone who really gets AuDHD to anyone looking for support that meets them where they are.

Tasha makes things make sense

I really appreciate Tasha’s support. She works hard, genuinely cares, and has helped me understand myself and my needs to better manage my neurodiverse conditions. I feel more supported and less alone in my struggles.
