Sending beautiful flowers couldn’t be simpler!

Choosing what I wanted on the website was a breeze as well was the ordering process itself. Everything was simple and straightforward including delivering to a relatively remote location. Delivery was on point as was tge quality of the order - flowers were beautiful as described and cake looked amazing too. Truly exceptional from start to finish!

Awful ! What i ordered and received doesn’t match !!!! And when you write to ask for explanation they only said: sorry…. Unfortunately zéro star does not exist but should be created for them, beyond pathetic. Please chose another Shop, plenty of good choices in Manila

Reliable

I`ve used them three times. The description they have of the different bouquets are good. Delivery is as promised, though they had far to much to to around Valentine`s day. They informed beforehand and delivered a bit earlier than 14 February.

This was second delivery in two days

This was second delivery in two days, the first one didn't go well, late and flowers were beginning to wilt due to very hot weather and being kept in the car all day.
Customer service took my complaints and improved things, especially storing flowers in a box to retain freshness.

Their website ad is unreliable &…

Their website ad is unreliable & erroneous. They offer discounts but don't honor it. They offer feedback reasons which don't stand.
I live in New York City & I ordered 2 sets of flower bouquets for my daughters in Manila based on Florista's advertisement offer of 15% discount. But I never got the discount. They say that the discount offer applies only when it is claimed at the beginning of the purchase process online, which I did. But I never got the discounts. The ad is fraudulent & the online purchase procedure is erroneous!

Not recommended

So disappointed!!! I ordered 2 bouquet of red roses, but was only told later that they were not available! so why accept the order in the first place? I was not informed that the delivery would not arrive at the expected time. I had to follow up myself just to get updates. Poor communication and unreliable service!

Cake was not available and nobody gives…

Cake was not available and nobody gives us a notice prior delivery. Flower arrangement was different from the photo, it’s not even a long stem as shown from the given options. The color of the ribbon was not match from the arrangement.

ruined mother’s day

I ordered calla lillies a week before mother’s day to make sure i had enough time. I was informed 4 days the day that calla lillies weren’t available, i had to settle for what was available because no more time to order elsewhere. When the day came, flowers arrived late at 5pm. The committed time was 9am to 3pm. Whenever I followed up within the day, the answer I got was a very passive non-answer, “waiting for update”. Will not order from here again.
