The delivery service was appalling, the food was cold, it arrived after more than an hour and a slice of pizza was missing g making it obvious that food was tampered with. Shame on the restaurant for this very poor service. Horrible!
Exceptionally Poor !, It is a rare that I feel feedback is required, but I am appalled at the manner in which I have been spoken to at this new bistro on Southsea high street, this is as well as waiting over 12 minutes for a coffee and with other customers present also giving feedback that they felt the staff rude and service appalling. I would advise anyone who does that they will wait for food that is very average.

So went there with some italians. Their comments were that there was no Italian feel to the place. Yes cosmetically and nice music. But in Italy the cooks come out and talk to you and there is a nice vibe. There was no vibe here.
Pizzas were good. Home made tiramisu not so good but the ice cream definitely Italian
We were excited to try this place as we had been recommended by friends so we ordered online for collection, when we arrived to collect they had given our pizzas away despite us arriving 10 minutes before our collection time, the guys attitude was pretty awful and we had to push for him to remake the pizzas we had paid for, when we eventually got the pizzas home the ham tasted like disinfectant (and subsequently has given my partner food poisoning) & the truffle pizza was missing any truffle flavouring whatsoever, so all round disappointing experience. safe to say we won’t be returning.

I used to order from them gave them second chance as the manager directly called to ask to give them a chance and i did, god i was even disappointed big time, keep sending me wrong product and head to pay for the return, then send me wrong product and expired cheeses, they do not care whatsoever, took almost 2 weeks to replay, never order from them again.
Superbly Authentic Italian Deli!
This is an amazing family owned Italian deli which also serves Neapolitan style pizza cooked to order which is easily the best pizza in Portsmouth. They deliver too! The family who run the place are often working in the deli and are incredibly welcoming, helpful and have great knowledge of the e produce they stock. I’m usually offered an espresso when I come in which is a lovely touch. It’s like Pandora’s box for foodies! For anyone passionate about cooking authentic Italian food, then you need to visit Florios!

The food is perfect, the prices are honest, the packaging is more than professional. I am only sorry about the too many "SOLD OUT". I would buy a lot more if the products were there. Congratulations, Florio's, you got a new loyal Customer.
Take care when ordering from Florio's D'Italia The pictures on their web site do not match what they deliver in my experience.
Whether you would consider it misleading advertising is for you to judge, but when they show a picture of say 10 bottles in a pack, then they deliver only 6 bottles per pack. That is not only misrepresentation, but a price deception too.
That is one thing, but ignoring messages about my complaint and no apology is just bad practice too.
There are plenty of suppliers out there who do not stoop to these sharp practices.
I got a refund - but not from them - They did not refund the purchase. I had to force a refund via Paypal.
Thanks again Paypal - as always, protecting us from rogue traders
Florio's D'Italia - "Est 2020"?- They seem to have a lot to learn - I suggest they are best avoided until they clean up their act

Hi There David, we're very sorry you feel this way. The product you purchased was priced correctly, as it referred to the Title of the product you selected. We admit that the image was incorrect, and this was a genuine error. Our images are assigned by humans, and we have over 1000 products, therefore there is a small chance that not all product photos are 100% accurate. However you paid the correct price for what was advertised in the product title. If you check our T+C's you will see it states that the product title is true reflection of what will be received. In any case, we are not a fradulent company. It makes no sense to us to defraud individuals of £1 or £2 at the cost of long term and repeat business. I believe this was previously communicated to you, as well as a reference to our T+C's which advises to read the product title rather than rely on the images. We feel this review is harsh on a small family business, and paints us as fraudsters when that simply isn't the case. In any case we're sorry for your poor experience and we hope to improve in 2022, using feedback from customers such as yourself.

Highly recommended. Super quick delivery, ordered on the 22nd Dec and received all the grocery next day ready for Christmas. Everything was neatly wrapped, fresh food was in an ice container. And also was offered a 10% discount on next shopping. Will use again.
