Everything went smoothly, My lawyer was professional and kept me up to date on my case.

My first contact was with Matthew Podolsky, who is beautifully well-spoken, immensely knowledgable, and not trying to turn an already unpleasant event into an overly costly one.

He truly had to negotiate through a minefield at times with a very difficult "other party", who simply would not respond for many months at a time. Matthew has terrific skills there, making the most of the limited contact and yielding the result I wanted - an uncontested divorce. During all that time, he was very helpful to me with crafting my written responses to my ex, as well as wanting my input with his. He will always return your call and email within a few hours.

Once Matthew was finally able to receive an agreement, after a year+ of delays, Jan McCray took over with the nitty gritty details. She too ran into a roadblock with "the other party" causing more delays, and got tougher with her language, resulting with the long-awaited signed documents. She then filed everything faster than a bolt of lightning, and my final hearing was less than a month later.

Matthew and Jan are a great team and both were always willing to do whatever it took since this case had other unusual, extending circumstances.

I cannot thank them both enough for their outstanding work and keeping the costs manageable and affordable for me.

I lived about 8000 miles away when I began speaking to Matthew and his team about divorce, and I was very nervous to be doing it at such a distance. Yet, they made everything so comfortable and easy to do. Jan, Matt, and Denise were all very pleasant to work with, and made the whole process easier than routine things such as going to the doctor. They were always very kind, quick to respond, and helpful in every way conceivable way. I feel like my exhusband and I were blessed to find such a nice group of people.
