😀👏😀👏 easy to sort no hassle

I emailed them with a question and they made numerous calls to reach me. They left a freephone number for me to call back on and speak to Rob. Nothing was to much problem and they handled all my booking over the telephone. The most efficient car hire company I have used and this is now my second year.

Booking my car through FloridaCarHire.com was an effortless experience (the hassle factor is important to me). The website was very clear which meant that, being a bit of a computer illiterate, I in turn was clear about what I was doing throughout the entire booking process.

I found it easy to choose which car we wanted, on line and easy to book as well.but as we have only paid a deposit, we haven't yet completed our transaction but I don't anticipate any problems.

Very helpful and answered all queries I had. Very competitive price and easy to do business with. Would highly recommend.

But be careful if you back space - that will reset and you'll have to start again

I have using the website for many years and have always managed to get a good price all inclusive car hire. On the rare occasion when the price was not cheaper they offered to match the price. Would always recommend to anyone going Florida for the first time and is not sure about the level of insurance required etc, with floridacarhire it all included.

Good rates and easy quote process

I requested a price match call back online and the phone rang just ten minutes later. After a couple of minutes a deal was done, price matched to my complete satisfaction. You can't get much better customer service than that!
