Appalling customer service

Firstly, this store only gives credits and not refunds. They sent me the wrong item and I emailed to request instructions to resolve this. I received an automated response so two days later I wrote to them through their help Centre and received another automated response. I then emailed and received a personal response which stated that as I had sent multiple emails the response would now happen 2-3 business days from my most recent email. I had explained in my initial email that I was going away the following week and wanted the item to take away, so they knew timing was important. In summary, for trying to establish a quick resolution as a result of Florence sending me the wrong product, they became annoyed by my multiple attempts to pursue a quick resolution. I will never order from them again. They have not even apologised for sending the wrong item, instead responded with rude emails.

The customer service is no where to be…

The customer service is no where to be found. I was condescendingly made at fault for a late delivery of which I paid express for. Instead of empathising with the situation, I was told that it was my fault and to shop elsewhere as well being told I was not to shop here anymore. Whoever is running the customer service does not have one iota of understanding good written communication, proper approach and how to build a customer base. In this day and age, it’s important to build relationships with your base not dismantle them. Unfortunately, I will not shop here again given the uneasy and condescending feeling about the experience. Please note I have shopped here twice and the first time, I did not have an issue but this 2nd time, the communication was accusatory.

Amazing service and clothing.

Florence store have beautiful clothing of high quality. All of my orders have arrived within 24 hours of placing them. I love the natural fibres and the way the clothing makes me feel when I wear it.

Returns/defective item/poor customer service

I have purchased several items from Florence. Sadly, after wearing a blouse only twice it began to fall apart. The item/fabric is clearly faulty/below acceptable standards. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter via email, Florence has refused to accept any responsibility. I was sent an email saying that they had ‘thoroughly reviewed the matter’ and will not engage in further correspondence. They have not requested that I return the item (which I am prepared to do) in order for them to view it first hand. It is clearly defective. Be very cautious when purchasing from this store because their customer service is very poor if there is an issue with a product.

I have now purchased from the Florence…

I have now purchased from the Florence Store numerous times. Every purchase has been beautiful. Great quality, fast delivery, great customer service and a fast exchange if size needed swapping.
Completely recommend Florence store. Happy customer. The Thai silk dresses are stunning.

Very professional and easy to deal with

Florence stocks my favourite brands and has an easy to use website. They have exceptionally quick dispatch and delivery and are quick to answer questions and resolve any concerns. They are one of the best companies I have dealt with and have beautiful clothes. I would highly recommend.
