The worst night gowns i ever got
I ordered a night gown and it came with mistakes in the design, the dantelle is itchy, and the backside is ugly. To replace that they offered a replacement gown and it came with a defect as well, the fabric was cut diagonally so it stretches very weirdly and is so uncomfortable.
Not worth its price at all

It is the first time in all our years of work, 92 years, that we read about an issue with the way the fabric was cut. Worth the patience for an excellent product.
The order took a while but the quality of the product is terrific. Truly worth the wait. Great attention to detail. When I asked about a follow up on how long it was taking, I got immediate emails. Absolutely worth the money and the patience.

The quality of the garment and the execution of the design was excellent in every way. The design is also sophisticated and vintage - what I asked for. My wife however thinks that what i asked for was a bit too dowdy for her taste and wanted something a bit more updated. This is however my fault for taking the risk of choosing for someone else.

Awful Experience
Delivered to the wrong address and said I had received order, when I didn’t even live at that address. Argued the point when I explained I had not received the items and said there was nothing they would do as the item had been accepted. After I investigated it transpired that no one had accepted the delivery. After a few days they then told me the courier company had miraculously found the package and would redeliver, but I would have to place a new order. The items were never received and I did get a refund, but it was very underhand.

Dear Elizabeth,
At first the package shipped at her old address. After contacting the delivery company to change the address, first they told us that it had been delivered, also sending us a fake document, then after a week they found the package and would have delivered to the new address, after which they no longer replied to our requests.
We tried to have it delivered in due time, when this wasn't possible we immediately refunded the customer.
It never happened, after this event we are not working with that delivery company anymore.

I love their product, they look amazing, the fabric and lace are so beautiful so sophisticated
